My Accord Sport was hit over the holidays, I was worried that it wouldn't look the same again, but Eddie Gutierrez my Service Advisor went the extra mile to ensure I was pleased with the results. He kept me updated throughout the process, he pushed out the delivery date by a day because he wasn't happy with a small detail. I drove out of there with that new car feeling.

The front desk person and receptionist was EXCELLENT. She explained everything well, and was very helpful setting up the appointment for the inspection. I was nervous and unsure about the process and she convinced me and put me at ease. The person inspecting the vehicle "Alex" was terrible. He had a poor attitude and was not very helpful. I have no idea why 2 claims were created for the same issue and he was not happy about that. I just showed up where I was told. He did not explain anything and seemed pretty grumpy. If you are going to be working with potential customers, a better attitude is needed. I am pretty disappointed.
