After experiencing an issue with my lights after having my rear fender repaired (which also looks great!), Rosi and Jenna helped me resolve the problem quickly. They sent my vehicle to their electrician that repaired my lights and also found a rats nest in my engine compartment. They went above and beyond to fix my issues quickly and kept me informed every step of the way.

Andy was very proactive in providing me status updates, had a great attitude, and made the process of getting my car repaired stress free!

Super friendly staff! Andy kept me constantly informed on what was happening. Worked with my insurance USAA and Enterprise so that I could be less stressed. They also were able to complete it all before the date they originally estimated. They were quick and did great work starting the estimate and damage corrections the same day I dropped my car off. Then they worked with Enterprise once my car was done so that I only had to drop the car off at Caliber Collision. If that wasn’t enough, when I forgot to grab my garage remote from the rental, they grabbed it for me and held on to it until I could pick it up the next day. Definitely would take my car here again.

Saw my car and made all kinds of comments about how I would be willing to spend whatever to fix it. Wanted to charge me $2000 to fix something that my friend fixed in 5 seconds for free.
