Caliber Collision in Edmond Oklahoma is the only body shop I will use for repairs. They have always done an excellent job and they are not 2 months behind as most other shops in town.

These guys and gals are the real deal. They know what needs to be done for every stage of repair and they get it done, so all you have to do is turn your vehicle over to them and expect magic. You get it back very quickly and looking brand new. Check with them first for repairs.

Bailey communicated with me almost every day. He delivered good and bad news, and explained both in detail so I understood where they were in the repair process, and knew what challenges they were facing with obtaining parts and what they were trying to do to get the parts. Major updates were all delivered by phone, followed by a text with an updated ETA as discussed over the phone. After I received the car back, I did have a problem that caused the car to not be drivable, but Bailey sent a two truck to me and spent the next day diagnosing the issue, and the following day ensuring that the issue was in fact resolved. The company also displayed a high level of respect for our military and veterans, they even participate in RED (Remember Everyone Deployed) Friday with red company polos with RED Friday on them. Words cannot express how satisfied I am with the level of communication, professionalism, quality of work, and the pride to stand behind the work even when it didn’t go completely right the first time. The issue I had after picking up the first time they determined to be some air bubbles in the coolant system, giving them a false sense of there being enough coolant, and by the time started to drive the vehicle, the bubbles worked their way out. They took the time to ensure that was the issue before releasing the car back to me. The car feels like there was never anything wrong! I will 100% refer anyone to Caliber Collision.

It's never fun to have to get car repairs, but I was well taken care of at Caliber. Bladen was a consummate professional, and any staff I encountered was kind and friendly. The repair work is top notch and communication is excellent.
