This shop is very good at what they do. They explain to you what will be done and will Inform you.

I had a flawless experience with Caliber Collision in Chino. I was recommended to use this shop from AAA insurance after a recent accident. Fabian worked on our car and was professional, kind and communicative through the whole process. I definitely recommend this shop!

The staff were absolutely great; from the front desk to the employees working on my car.

My car looked great when I received it and it was spotless, they even washed for me (awesome).

Fabian went above and beyond my expectations. I love the fact they kept me updated throughout the whole process. I felt valued as a customer by Fabian and caliber.

I would definitely recommend chino caliber to anyone I know.

When I dropped off my car, the AC worked well. When I pick up my car after the repair, AC did not work! Caliber Collision Chino made that and did not fix it. SUCKS! Never choose Caliber Collision Chino 14622 Ramona Ave again. Thank you for the repair. Oh no, thank you for the DESTROY!

They did an excellent job on the repairs, the paint matching was perfect and my vehicle was detailed as well upon pick up

Just had my car painted as someone scratched it in a market parking lot. Israel was our contact and from start to finish, he kept us informed of the progress. Unless you want your car broken into and have them try to lie about it and cover it up! Also your car WILL come back with more damage then when you left it!
This place is absolutely not professional! They are liars and crooks! I warned you!

Best place in Chino Valley for body and collision repair. Ask for Isreal, great customer relationship.

Do not recommend. They took forever to fix my car and I recently found out of all the errors they did. Would not recommend, especially if you have a modern car

This place is so ridiculous. I was in an accident Dec 30,2017. I was rearended and it was deemed not my fault. However the other drivers insurance put a hold on fixing any of my car damages. I was told my car was a total loss since the damages were going to cost more than what my car was worth. I am still waiting for the other insured drivers insurance to pay off the remaining balance of my car, since I still have a loan balance on my car. In the meantime Caliber collision had my car in the shop and there are more damages to my car now, then when it got hit. The person who was on my case was harassing me after I already told him my attorney would be handling my car and any calls. He was very rude and only wanted to make money. He gave me until Saturday Jan 13th to pick up my car and he would not charge me storage fees. I came in on Tuesday due to the holiday they were closed. My total for the towing from the accident to caliber collision and storage fees totalled out to $728. Even when trying to explain about not charging for Saturday, he was very combative, rude, and had an attitude while talking to me. I will never take my car here ever! When I addressed the damages to my car, which were not caused by the accident he dismissed them and said it was the towing company that towed it in that way. After the insurance did their cost estimate for the damages and deemed it a total loss I still have not received any of the paperwork to this day. When i asked for the estimate palerwork i was told they could not provide it to me since the insjrsnce halted the repsairs. Which doesnt make sense since they needed to give paperwork to the insurance company to begin with. This is very unprofessional! I do not recommend this place at all!

When I mentioned the condition to front desk they blew me off!

Second I saw continued patterns of miscomumication with the clients! I saw 3 very frustrated clients during my caliber experience in the same hour!

A few food staff and seeming a sense of superiority and condescending attitudes there almost as if it's a privilege for them to deal with you.

Never again! They even refused to test drive my car to assess damage that coud only be detrrmined in a test drive! I HAD TO GO DIRECTLY THERE TO INSIST A TEST DRIVE!

Certain individuals with Chino's Caliber Collision Center were very unfriendly and unhelpful. Repairs took about a week longer than I was initially told.

I recommend using a body repair shop with higher standards of professionalism.

I'm giving this location a pretty high rating only because of the final look of the vehicle once it's completed. Unfortunately this has to be after some discussion. However the staff are very nice. Just a little note, they do need to check on cleanliness of the reception area

People are always nice in this place even so they didn't do it right the first time they are very polite very respectful people

Terrible place to drop off your car for a repair. I had to go back 2 extra times in order to get it fully fixed with no problem. God knows how many more I'm gonna try later on.

Also, they are so irresponsible. The guy who worked on my case, Marco, never tried to contact me first to give me any information on how it's going, I had to call him every time myself to know when it would be possible to pick it up.
