The service was great! I kept getting updates on the progress of my car, I got my car 1 day ahead of schedule! As a mom with 2 kids I really appreciate them cleaning my car inside and out. Very professional service! I was able to drop off my rental car there too, the work they did on my car is guarantee for life
Robert really knows what customer service means! Came in with a few questions and looking to get a quote for a scratch I had on my truck and he came out and buffed it out in the rain before making me an estimate. I really appreciate the honesty and him not trying to sell my on something I wouldn’t need. Very much appreciated will always be bringing my business here.
Very unreliable company. No communication from their side, they make promises they don't keep and they know very well that they get away with that. Geico insurance in not better. Very bad service. If I had known I would have insisted to use Nissan Riverside.

Unfortunately for Caliber Collision it was State Farm that they had working for them that totally ruined my experience there.
Never again will I go to this place. They fix my problem but messed up 2 other areas and would not fix their mess up.
