Someone ran into the back of my truck. Take it to Caliber. A week later and the truck looks, m'eh, ok. I drive it home and Mrs S.immediately looks at it and says it's not right. The bumper is crooked. I tell her it's a pickup truck. "Who cares? " I ask. She replies, "Obviously NOT Caliber Collision. " She's right (as usual).
Terrible just like all the bad reviews not trustworthy and the dealer that sent me there said they are changing ownership beware of second most expensive investment here even if the name has changed
Derrel Ford took great care of my car & me personally. My car looks brand new. I couldn't be happier.
Took my truck in for major repair, when i got it back i noticed a few new scratches and they had frayed a wire. Scratches were on bumpers mirrow and on both doors from the edges and chips on gas door. Told them, they fixed it. Went to go pick it up second time. They didnt fix chip but they did something to my paint near the gas tank, so i had to leave it again. They fixed it, but then they tried to charge me for damage repairs they caused and they were saying they were there already!
They were friendly and informative at initial encounter. They kept me updated through the entire process. The workmanship was excellent. Would definitely recommend them and use them again if it is needed.

The guys in the shop were great and helped me remove my parts and belongings. They went above and beyond to help out, especially after my car accident. The office crew worked with the insurance and did as much as possible to make everything smooth and easy. Thanks, guys.
