I have worked with multiple screenprinting shops to get my shirts made. Unfortunately my experience with Caliber was not acceptable. My logos were printed crooked. When addressed to the owner the problem was to be fixed withing 2 weeks. When they did not deliver the owner offered to make me a sample print and if I didn’t like it he would give me a refund he said, “He didn’t give a F*$€. ” That is the most unprofessional treatment I have received from any print shop, or any business at that by far. Not to bash on the staff they treated me nicely. The owner was very unprofessional.
Great service & quality products! Have helped me create current school logos for Rockwood Elementary, Kennedy Gardens Elementary, Dool Elementary, Jefferson Elementary, Cesar Chavez Elementary in Calexico, CA.and the logo at BT Washington Elementary here in El Centro, CA. Oscar, Mando, Richard, Anna and Carmen are the best!
The company I work for has shirts and hats constantly made here I must say the hats last year's, great quality materials and service!
