My first visit there I was referred there so on my first visit I couldn’t get help because I needed an MRI. I met Dr Salazar but he was to busy cracking jokes and never asked me anything. Anyway it took 4 months to get an MRI and in the meantime I was suffering from pain I had to call them a few times to see if the send off the referral for the MRI until the third front desk person finally send it after a month, so when it finally was sent it and I couldn’t get an appointment until 3 months later, still suffering from pain, so yesterday the 11th of may it’s my second visit, I met a renal doctor and she came in with cold energy, she talked down on me and told me that I got pain meds from somewhere else, I told her two months ago I had a bad tooth ache and the side of my face was swollen the size of a football and so I went to the emergency room to get antibiotics and the doctor at the time gave me 3 day supply for the worst pain and so I was referred to a dentist which took 3 weeks to see and he couldn’t do anything so now I’m referred to a oral surgeon which took a month and now I’m here. I have dealt with so much and this doctor never asked me what’s comfortable for me but she shoved an experimental procedure in my face and than gave me an ultimatum that it’s this or there’s nothing they can do for me. I’ve met alot of rude cold and just don’t care doctors but she takes the cake. Than she proceeded to tell me, well you had open heart surgery like that was suppose to make things better. Seems like alot of ppl had great experiences here but I was treated like u had no voice talked down to and treated like I had an addiction problem. I spend 80% of time in and out of the hospital and trust, I haven’t met a doctor that was human fist. Just power hungry and financial gainers and not to mention underlying racist. I’m tired and I’m done trying to find help.

See Dr. Salazar and Dr. Abdollahi if you have lingering pain! You will be satisfied not only with their diagnosis and treatment, but also the way they put you at ease during interactions. They will take the time to answer all of your questions in a relaxed environment. The staff is very courteous and responsive.

Dr Salazar is a very kind and caring man. He is always singing or whistling Christmas carols throughout the year.

The doctors and the staff that work there are very helpful, caring and do whatever they can to make you comfortable.

I have been going here for almost 4 yrs since moving here from out of state. I have had back trouble for over 30 hrs and have never had relief like I received since my 1st visit here. Everyone here is very professional and competent, and Dr. Salazar has made me feel like an old friend since my very 1st meeting meeting with me. He gave me several options for managing my pain and as long as I follow his advice and instructions, I have been in much better shape than ever before. I will gladly recommend California Advanced Pain & Spine Specialists to anyone with any type of back problem. Dr. Salazar is always happy and usually walks around singing some song. A smile and being sung to will make anyone feel better!

I have been a patient for many years and the staff is always friendly and professional and the office is run like no other office I've ever been to.and I've been to many specialists over the years! NONE compare to the staff at CAPSS! The doctors are very knowledgeable and caring and always take the time to listen and answer any questions I might have.

Dr.is very sloppy n dangerous cutting n burning n don't know who or what part he's working on
4th appt tried calling in if too late or reschedule as hurt myself in shower just prior to appt n only thing they care about is collecting cancellation fee with no regard to me being hurt again!

Ok. I have had very good experience’s with Doc Salazar. How ever the last time l was there l was seen by Dr Abdolawi. He asked if l felt any pain and l reported that recently l started feeling some pain. He started firing questions at me but never gave me a chance to answer. Well now l am in pain. I hurt when l lay down in my bed. When getting into my car and so on. Not too happy with doctor A.

Gals up front very nice and helpful drs are all very helpful and help. Me with whatever I need help in, love the way Dr, salazar is always happy and singing helps when your going in for a procedure

Dr. Salazar immediately understood my pain problem and he concurred with me that I needed to continue the medication I had been prescribed for the last 9 years. All the girls in the office are very sweet. I usually get seen within 10 min. I have seen all three Dr's they all are very good and take care of me.
