Did a great job on repairs and replacements for my rim on my White Corolla. Great communication, the staff, especially the receptionist I did not get her name but she was astounding!

Overall great experience with them. Dropped my car off on Monday, was expected to get it back in 5 business days so I just assumed next Monday but it was done by Thursday ready to be picked up. It was for some minor damage so I didn't expect it to take long but that was quicker than thought. The customer service was great, have no complaints at all. Went through AAA insurance to this place and the bad reviews made me skeptical but it was close to where I am so I gave them a shot and I'm glad I did. Would come here again for future repairs.

Do not go to this house for repairs! My Tesla's gonna have a lot of problems after they fix it! The sheet metal on my right side has broken my headlight! Ask them to help me repair for any reason not to help me repair! And my four-wheel positioning turned out to be good for them to finish positioning went astray! Tell them to reorient and tell me to charge! What a rubbish shop!

Overall satisfied with the work done on my car. Only issues I had was having to reach out to them about installing the decals for the car later. Paint matches just attracts more dirt and in rhe sun you can see a few spots. But overall happy with it

Had my car repaired though AAA insurance, I’ve had so many problems with this shop, they installed my hood latch wrong then blamed it on me saying I must of hit something else. They then installed my Air Conditioner Compressor incorrectly and tried to blame it on me. This shop is not honest and they will try to scam you. After I got my initial repair done, I had to bring my car back twice to have things fixed again and they wouldn’t even pay for a rental or anything even though they installed things wrong. If AAA recommends this place I would make sure you try and get another shop assigned for your repairs. The manager Liz was quick to blame me for all the mistakes they made and never responded to my emails. My air conditioner is still not working right and of course they are ignoring my calls. Just look at all the other reviews and you can see a pattern.

Do not recommended for repair through insurance.
Referred by my insurance to get my car fixed and they looked up around my car and took pictures and send me the estimate of 2600 for the whole front bumper of 2019 RX 350 luxes when I consult with Lexus they gave me $5000 and I called them I am confused what kind of part you are using they said because it will be fast we used the refurbished aftermarket parts, but will not replace and will paint the bumper. There has never been discussion with me whether I am ok with the part or not.
Stuff were friendly. Work wasn’t accurate and never looked until I mentioned an area where the damage was.

Through the AAA tried them 2nd time and its always the same issue delayed and rude behavior by the staff.

Trust me this would be my last time will go get my stuff together rather by this place been almost 40+ days and they still can’t figure out how to get a part.

Insurance is not covering my rental anymore because it over 30 days

I was told initially that the job will be done in 12-14 days.

Please don’t take your car here go to any local shop and save your time they will do better job and be more respectful towards you.

Everyone at this location has great customer service, especially Liz. She worked with me around my work schedule for my vehicle pickup and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend the location to others.:)
