AVOID! My wife had multiple appointments with salesperson Pam, who tried to sell her anything and everything. Pam then sent my wife home with 20 pages of photocopied instructions. What? We tried to proceed, solely because of the brand. Pam never followed through with any estimate, even after several follow-up attempts. Pam is unprofessional and wasted out time.
