Long waits in line, unwillingness to answer simple questions on the phone (Andrea), overall not good service.

Very long wait, very slow staff. They move as slow as a sloth. It's upsetting cause there are waiting custumers they take longer then 25-35 minutes just to help one person from all the times I've come in. It's like there trying to purposely take forever. They don't seem professional and they seem uneducated in the loan and money Dept. One lady miscounted my loan money by $40 bucks. Thank goodness I counted it again in front of them. Make sure to count your money before you leave the counter. I will be taking my business else where.

The store is always very clean. Lines aren't ever too long. The girl that assisted me was very professional, was able to maintain good conversation while she cashed my checks. Great customer service!

Its a payday loan business, what's to tell. Outrageous interest rates like 300%. No Joke. Once you get one you typically get another after next payday to make up for the chunk they take. Pretty slick. I believe it says somewhere in the bible that high interest rates. Extremely high are a sin.
There is this hot chick that works there. Tall black, sexy eyes. When she started she had this happy full of life look. Now she has this beaten down, sleepy, no excitement look on her face. To bad. She is a cutie.
