I don't understand sometimes they have a lot of workers on the back doing nothing While they're a big line of costumers that really irritates me I give them a 0

I wish the people, that work at CCC need to tell the customer the right date and then when u call say something elseù

Always good people, like long time neighbors, moved to the other side of town and still go there, like I said, good people.

Treated like a criminal every time even that i always cash the same checks from my company. "Company to company checks". And being charged 75 plus dollars for a check around 800 is theft in its self. One exit away "8th street" i now cash my checks at California stop gas station "2224 manthey road stockton ca for less then 20$ for the same check. So for the price of california check cashing i can cash my check and get a full tank of gas thanks california stop without the hassle the gas station always offers western Union servicec

My husband always go here no issues until today the employee was very rude she acted like my husband was going to rob the store she was a Mexican girl with very poor customer service skills she doesn't even deserve her job there poor skills should not have her job anymore

The service speed here hasn't changed one bit. Took me 22 minutes to just get my money order. The employees lollygag and could care less about the customers. Everybody should be out in a timely manner, but hey, the employees get paid either way, right? This place needs a huge change over and employees that actually work and care about customers. If the employees don't like their job then they should just quit.

Very rude & unprofessional! Avoid at all cost! To employees: please do not get personal with clients and ask questions. Its none of your business why we're there. Your job is to provide us with the services asked of you. Not sticking your nose in people's businesses!

If I could give one star I would, horrible customer service. The insight card is bull! Today I was supposed to get my check direct deposited and to my avail insight has cancelled my card. For the second time! So now my pay is being sent back to my employer and I must wait another week. To top it off, niether insight or CCC did not notify me. Thanks for nothing.fyl!

Its always hot and the line is always long the place is way too small nowhere to sit down. 2 stars are for the staff they are always helpful and nice
