We drive from San Jose to Hayward to go to this specific California Check Cashing. These places can get hectic…Dominique manages the store with professionalism and efficiency. It’s worth the drive:)

I was tremendously sad when I came into the Hayward office because of the run around from two banks and having to drive from Fremont to Hayward. These young ladies were incredibly respectful, honest and dedicated to helping me bring my ordeal to fruition… They truly weren’t negative at all… They went above… way above and beyond their call of duty to help this experience be positive and successful

The manager Dominique is always a wealth of knowledge and help. She goes above and beyond in making sure that I was taken care of and made sure to direct me to the proper location to get the help I needed! She is an asset!

If I could give a 0 star I would. This is the worst experience I've had cashing a check. I spent a total of over an hour for them to say they are not cashing my western Union check. How does it make sense that they won't cash a check because "their manager" didn't approve it. The check had funds and it's western Union. Makes no sense. I complied with all of their background questions and was there patiently waiting for no reason. Can you believe they even lost my check mid way through the process and they couldn't locate it yet they have the nerve to deny me. Such BS. Don't ever come here. Straight discrimination. Horrible customer service!
