California check cashing stores are a great alternative for temporary loans and check cashings. Especially the Vallejo location, where I am attended almost immediately. In an obvious matter, I have had a grand amount of help and support from the store manager Angelica, & the rest of the team. Thank you.

Customer services is everything in a world when you feel like a nobody good customer service makes you feel important. I would like to say thank you to the young lady named (BLESS) it was truly a blessing to meet you thank you for making me feel like SOMEONE SPECIAL.

Came in yesterday morning to inquire about their lending requirements when I dropped my daughter off the ferry terminal.right when I came by the entrance door, the woman behind the counter Pitchy quickly greeted me "Welcome. Good Morning! " which not a lot of establishments do that nowadays. She proceeded to explain to me my options and will definitely be back once needed. Thanks Pitchy!

I would give them 10 stars ️ if I could! Mimi and Rodney where very very helpful with my whole situation! I have been having the worst luck today and they gave me hope. I called them this morning and Rodney was very fast to get me into my appointment today and Mimi went above and beyond to help me get approved for my loan! I really appreciate them for going out their way to help me with my situation. They were both very patient and helpful. Thank you guys! I Highly recommend this place.

Today I was not having a good day my paycheck was not what I expected. However when I went to cash my check there was a young lady I believe her name was (BLESS) she had the most amazing smile and the way she spoke to me made me feel better about my day and my paycheck. I usually go to the bank to cash my checks for free but there was a long line. However I believe I will be cashing my checks here for. I do not mind paying for good customer service. Thank you (BLESS) you are a wonderful woman. In the name suits you because you were a blessing on my bad day.

Definitely giving this location 5 stars based on one employee in particular. I believe her name was Mimi. From the moment I walked in she was very helpful and truly went above and beyond helping me get a rather larger check verified from a company who was pretty hard to get a hold of. Wasn’t too happy about the fee of the check but all the trouble I had went through because of the amount I was just thankful she was able to get it cashed for funds I needed asap. All the other employees that were answering phones, and helping other customers seemed to be very nice as well. All around one of the best locations I have been to customer service wise and I will definitely recommend to anyone needing check cashing services! Thank you again.

I usually get a money order every month here with no questions asked besides how much, but today made me not want to go here anymore. Not sure if the lady that helped me was new but she asked me a lot of personal questions about my money order like what do I need it for, what type of bill, you owe them only that much, what are they going to do since you’re getting a higher amount than what you owe made me feel very uncomfortable

I worked with two young ladies, Peachy & Christina, and their customer service skills went far and beyond what I had expected. I walked in with a check that I needed to have cashed with her, rather large for sum and they were able to accommodate my needs. I would recommend this business to anyone I know.

Update: I just called the concord location and they provided me with the information needed. I also called the Vacaville location and they provided me same helpful information.

Looks like the poor customer service was just from this one employee at this Vallejo location what a shame. Just do your job

I’m giving 2 starts bc usually my experience is very nice. Today I called to inquire what other loan products they offered. The girl I spoke with was extremely rude and said she would only tell me what they offered if I drove over. I have health issues so I was trying to find out what they offered and what information was required so I can gather it before making a trip.

I can’t believe how rude she was. I think she said her name was blessed or maybe Jess…but I didn’t catch it.

When I called before to inquire they were always more than helpful. I can’t believe how rude this lady I just spoke to was. I’ve been going to them for years and have always paid before the due date. Won’t be going to this location again. People are such a disgrace
