California Coast Credit Union

Ive been with this branch since 2008 and never had a problem with them until I asked for a personal loan to pay off two credit card debts. This is THE FIRST TIME asking them for help and they said I was not approved. I called back to resubmit asking for a lower amount.and still was not approved. Like I said Ive been a loyal customer to these people for years and I cant get a little bit of help? Im closing my account and taking my money somewhere else.

Im so upset to be a member of this credit, they didnt help me at all, i asked to speak with a manager to help to solve my petition and he attitude made me more upset and frustrated they just dont want to bother to customer service a member, when my family and i are members.

We have been members here since 2003 and use it for all of our household financial matters: direct deposit, checking, transfers between CCCU accounts and between CCCU and other institutions where we have CDs and High Yield Savings accounts.

Their app is easy to use for all transactions, and we would not consider switching yo any other “bank” for our routine household finances.

Ridiculous! I received a mail that says my accounts could be turned over to the State Collections unless I dont call CalCoast and when I did.all I was told was "OH! Um we were told to say that it was mailed in error so members that received it should just shred it. " (Insert ditsy voice here) and I asked for further info and she just repeated the same spiel, which basically tells she she knows squat about it. She was just fed a line and just went with it. What the actual F was that

H have been with the credit union for over 20 years and have never had any customer service like it they are fantastic

I was in yesterday with my girlfriend and we were lied too and duped by a middle aged gentleman named John. Sadly, he wasn't even from that branch but poor judgement by his superiors to have this liar go from branch to branch to "help". Very poor judgement.

Very positive and helpful as soon as you step in. So far had no problems with Cal Coast.compared to Bank of America and Citibank.
