I have a Polaris slingshot. Sadly if I need anything done I have this place and that is all my options beside driving to the bay. I came in and dropped of the vehicle it was with them for 3 weeks. I take extremely good care of my slingshot. Before I drive it I detail it. So I expect my vehicle to look moderate acceptable giving it's not left the facility. When they pulled it out front the amount of dirt and dust that caked the entire vehicle took me 2 days to get back to how I had it. That's crazy they couldn't wipe it down? Also one of my issues I told them prior to leaving the slingshot they never even checked and still had the issue. It was in regards to the radio. Went back in the store told them hey I'm experiencing the same issue with the radio so someone came out tried to get it working then said he would be right back and never came back. So I had to go back in the store and someone else not even that same guy that went to go look at it tells me it's the screen it needs replaced. So if I didn't go back in I wonder how long I would been sitting. Poor service. I pay good money and to not receive the same in regards to service is not acceptable. Sadly if I need service in the future I'll have no choice but to go back because I already drive a hour to get to this location. I don't want to drive multiple hours to go to a different location.
