I came in once before for a cut, and was very pleased. This time I came in for a bleach and tone from a previous job I had done in New York. Anna took care of me and did an amazing job. She took her time, she was attentive, she explained what she was doing, she gave me feedback on what was best. She really took care of me, and did an amazing job. I am so pleased with the results. Very, very pleased!
