Fantastic experience, the office help was polite. The doctor and her assistants were so professional and covered all of my concern’s, did a comprehensive mole check, cut or froze as needed. Also helped guide good facial skin care. I definitely recommend this office.

An attendant at front door was taking temperatures and because I had filled out the on line forms asking some questions due to CORONAVIRUS I went straight upstairs. I suggest the front door be all the way open so patients do not have to use their hands to get in.
The appointment with Carie C.went smoothly as expected, extremely professional with follow ups scheduled. I highly recommend Dr Ting and his staff.

The office was dirty and I was rushed through my appointment with Dr Ting. He did share a lot of information with me but spoke so fast that I had trouble taking it all in and I’m in the medical field. I would not recommend coming here. They want your money and are not interested in putting in the extra work to clean their office properly and take the extra 5 mins for better communication and patient education.

The staff at the office is competent and efficient from the check-in desk to the assistants bringing you to you room. This was a return visit to freeze (nitrogen) several skintags…I requested Carrie C. —she’s kind and efficient!

Dr. Ting and Carey Cano are excellent, skilled, and compassionate health care professionals. They are even kind to patients like me who self excoriate (pick)! I recommend them highly.

Thank you! You saved me from having a terrible weekend. I had a terrible rash on the top of my arm and shoulder. After two weeks of not being able to sleep and this terrible rash, I finally gave in. I called up their office and they were able to get me in right away. Annie said that it was poison oak. Annie gave me a sample of some medication for it along with a prescription. The medication worked perfectly to take care of the problem. They have the best service. They are so knowledgeable and they are able to take care of problems quickly. Next time I'll call right away when I have a problem. I think Annie gave up her lunch just so that she could take care of me. They're so kind.

Dr. Freeny and staff are thorough and efficient. The depth of knowledge and tailored treatment has resulted in noticeable results.

Super fast efficient online appointment so I never had to leave the house lol. Got my prescriptions with fast and efficient instructions/explanations for what I was taking. Been with these guys for almost a year now and I can thank them for my hair:)

Very personal no matter ahead of schedule or a few behind your appt is your appt never rushes your questions etc. Today he had a new assistant I'm bad with names but today was her first day on her own and she was so attentive too.
