This dmv is one of the few they are friendly and they are fairly quick to take care of you.

WOW.didn't expect to have such a good experience at a government agency.the customer service and efficiency was surprisingly unexpected. I will never go to another location but this one.second visit to this location.long line but great customer service. UPDATE: Third time I visit this location.still WOWED

I like that they are always very fast and only from time to time there are some long lines but it is common

Solid 4. Would be 5 if computer system didn't lose my original paperwork. Friendly staff and much nicer location than CV.

Arrived before 1PM without an appointment to get my drivers license renewed. With my age it was necessary to take eye and written tests. I had anticipated a long wait at all lines, but was not the case. The longest was about 45 minutes in the bullpen waiting for my number to be called. All total less than 2 hours and out the door with my temporary license. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Only minor problem was no driver manuals in English. I probably would have given 5 stars, but it is the “DMV”

Even though it was busy in there, I was able to get in && out in under an hr for a license renewal.

This horrible place annoys me.lousy and very slow service.they are always full of people and they don't have enough employees to serve them.they have 25 cashiers and only 11 working.the rest are closed.

Hi, I want to thank the lady her name is Danielle, finally got my drivers license and I passed today, last time I had one critical error in my testing, but today no errors.

You're better off making an appointment. Fill up your forms on line before heading out to DMV, to expedite your transaction. I passed the senior citizen written test, a lot of common sense driving questions.

I arrived with 10 to 5pm to renew my license, I left at 5.15pm.very attentive and friendly

Today, July 5th, DMV opens at 9am but they very kindly opened the doors for us at 8am and the process was very fast!

Took my daughter in for a written test for her driver's license.she took in her passport and birth certificate as proof of id and we took utility bill plus car registration as proof as residency they wouldn't except it as it was under my name not my daughters.wth she still lives with me.had to ask for a supervisor and everything was cleared up.

Every visit I've been here has been good. Whether the line was long, it went rather quickly.

If you're looking for a place to get shaken down, California DMV is your prime location. These people have no shame taking all your money if they could. Now they have a scam where they charge you 2% if you use a debit card. Fu#k California.
