California DMV Now Kiosk

Everything would have been great. But I got a customer service rep that was very rude to me. She had to make a point to put me down. I let her know that I got a letter mailed to me for my DL and I mailed it back in December she asked me if I paid for it and I told her I did. She said well if you paid for it you would have got it. She said it wasn't paid for and said I was lying because it takes 6 months through mail. I go alright then would it show in your system if everything went through she said no. I think she was having a bad day and she took it out on me. When you go someplace like the DMV you should be treated with respect like a human being not like trash. You never know what that person is going through in life. Just be a little nice to people you never know how you would make there day. I went home in tears. And that is not all it's just to much to write down.

I actually ended up having to talk to live personnel but I have to give this DMV a superior rating because they’re so helpful and very very personable.

I went in without an appointment. Things moved pretty smoothly because I was prepared. I was out of there in 35 minutes. I was impressed with how efficiently the systems move customers.

The DMV is great and be able to make it happen. The only thing is wait but it's okay.

How to transfer a title to a car I just got I've been to going to DMV for years this was the best experience I've ever had I was in and out in less than 18 minutes with my new tags and they're mailing me my new title very very efficient super nice staff.
I'm thoroughly impressed!

Couldn't help to notice the employee that helped us be extremely nice to the person before us.to include her eye glasses frames and what not.we came up, she was extremely rude to us. We pay her wages with the out of control tag fees. Hate to play the race card, but I have a very strong feeling that's what it was.

This is the only CA DMV office I have been to in my life that had wait times that weren't too long and employees that were both helpful and friendly!

The DMV is a new experience. I'm finally glad they added a website to tell you where in line you are so you can leave and come back or wait in your car. Should of made this years ago not have to make because of a pandemic. Finally they stepped up there game. They also have a text message that gets sent to your phone when your getting close to getting called. We had the technology a decade ago. I guess better late the never.

In line no appointments available. DMV Website says 45 min wait for no appointments. What a joke! I have been here 30 minutes in line (outside) the line has not moved! There about 40 people out here on line with me.

The line was to long, and once you finally get up there and get a number you have to go back outside and wait until your number is called. Very bad experience
