Dr Abnous is a very caring doctor, making you feel that she will do her best that all your eye problems are taken cared of.

The optometrist was pleasant, prompt, professional and thorough. I had a good experience. I would recommend this office.

Dr Lu was quick and efficient but the appointment never felt rushed. She discussed the outcome of the examination and her recommended action items. She answered my questions and made notations in my patient profile. I was comfortable during the appointment. Dr Lu instilled a level of confidence quickly and I'm happy to have Dr. Lu providing future health care for me.

Take 2 hours even you make an appointment, and front desk staffs are not friendly and helpful. Especially the long curly hair lady. When you ask her a question she will not respond to you. The nurse and the Dr.are very nice.

Very professional, courteous and efficient. Knowledgeable and answered my questions. Also. I only waited five minutes before I was assisted.

He is very good. Knows his business and friendly enough. I dealt with before some years ago at a different office and thought is was thorough then.

Dr. Villegas amazing. Staff questionable, they lose information after given them everything twice before. Not happy about having a lot of Senior Citizens waiting outside in the heat while staff sits in AC. They close for an hour and a half and lock door early. Again Dr. Villegas 30 stars, everyone no stars.

Jennie Tran was great. She immediately took my old glasses and measured them before she began the exam. She was very positive and patient throughout the exam. She explained problems with my old glasses and explained additional care,
I will certainly return to her next years for my exam.

I go yearly for my eye check-up and they have always been excellent from the front desk up to the time you are seen by their doctors. This year I have a new doctor, Dr. Rex Villegas. Caring, friendly and very professional.

We made an appointment to see the optometrist, we did not get to see her. The receptionist would not let us and said our insurance did not cover it. If the person scheduling the appointment would have said this we would have only come in to pick up eye prescription. The receptionist refused to tell me that I only needed a referral from the primary care physician to see the optometrist. Then she said i can see the person who could send the order for a new pair of glasses but it would cost for us to see the optometrist. If medical doesn't want us to see vision doctors but once every two years how will anyone know if their vision has changed and still you will not be able to get a new pair of glasses for two years. I don't know if it was medical or the receptionist who did not have our best interest in mind.

My appointment was right on time.i never had such a complete eye exam before.the staff was amazing.

Always a great experience when i come to my visits. They always help me with my eye problems and are very informative.
