The administration needs to apdate the daycare hours.obviously it gets more crowded at that time, it's so frustrating the way they are managing.limitating to a single ahour a day (by reservation), under their own short schedule time.with out mentioning the poor custumer service.today I was finishing my workout at the racketballcourt and a young lady asked me to leave the gym, arguing I can not be there after the daycare ahours with my kids. I get ready to put everything back in my backpack and she was waiting outside.she got close to the door again and told me that I have to leave now because there was a teenager waiting outside to play, and I understand that.but her attitude was not necessary. I pay to use the installations as well, but Now im stuck with a monthy payment for a limited family plan that is not working for me. Everything is getting back to normal, nobody uses the masks and no social distance is practiced inside. I do not get why they are still cutting so many regular hours a day nither the daycare limitations if they still charging the same.

This place has gone down hill, very bad. Theres only 1 pool for kids now and it's filthy. There's debree in the pool, the deck around the pool is disgusting filled with goose fecies. The tables and chairs are filthy and not even set up. We cnacleed our membership.

The covered pool is filthy with animal feces near the walk way and all around the pool. Spoke with a manager who was dismissive and told me the pool guy was out yesterday. I walked out and wouldn’t swim in that pool. I don’t think the health department would think favorable by the site of that. I’ve been a member of Cal Fit on and off for twenty years and I’ve never experience or complained about anything.

Every time I come here, I feel it is random if my badge properly get scanned. I know if it's scanned properly, because I get a e-mail 40 minutes later for CalFIT award. I left after my workout today and informed the person at the front, that my badge wasn't scanned properly (no e-mail after 1 hour). The person state they are confident everyone is scanned properly when they enter. I was confident it didn't scan, but I decided to drop the matter (it didn't scan, because the e-mail notification didn't arrive at all). Not a big deal, since I typically hit the 12/12 mark, and occasional 5 points doesn't matter. However, it is a minor issue that bothers me based on principle.

Great facility and pool. But poor customer service. I have mentioned to front desk staff that people do not wear their masks in the men’s locker room—that’s not the company’s fault. But I have asked them, several times, to put more signage up to remind patrons to do so, and they have not. They only have intermittent signs to remind folks to distance.

Also, whenever I call, it takes several minutes before anyone pics up. It’s annoying to do this to have to request a swim lane, but it’s the only option.

California Family Fitness, ElkGrove-Bond is a fantastic location. I am both pleased and appreciative of their extra effort to ensure COVID did not interfere with our health in all ways! This club has wonderful members, and employees. It is very difficult to jump out of bed and into the pool/gym daily as a routine. However, with employees like Jen C.and Bo, I became more avid and devoted. The gym was not only about my morning workout - it was about the employees, kind and caring greetings and welcoming. I was very happy to purchase the punch card ten times over to continue to see my friends. But, most importantly, to keep the gym alive. Thank you Cal Fit for the fantastic service and willingness to shine through this crazy time. I absolutely love the new process! Leslie.

So you're gonna charge people membership during pandemic and don't let us choose to keep membership frozen? Shouldn't charge full price on limited outdoor only service in terrible wildfire air quality! Not everyone is ready to go back. They don't answer their phone. Voice-mail box to freeze membership is full not accepting new messages.

During these trying times, some of us need a physical outlet for going crazy. While most gyms took the easy way out and closed.my cal fit (bond road), went the extra mile and provided provided its members a place to continue life as normal. Thank you call fit!

As if it wasn't a rip off already with the 10 day passes for $60 with limited equipment do to the lack of space outside. Now Calfit is squeezing the cardio equipment in the tent the weightlifting equipment is at, thus creating a more cramped workout space less than 6 feet apart and starting on August 20th, they are going back to regular membership rates.with the same extremely limited equipment. They don't want to spend the money to put up another big tent over the open area in the back by the entrance door or over the tennis courts so it would at least be safer or worth the amount of money we members are paying. Instead they are going to charge the same rates for less access. If your a single person member this cost won't affect you much but when you have a family plan like I have, it's a huge rip off. If I lower it to a single plan since the other people on my account are kids, when I'm ready to raise or back up, Calfit will not honor the rate I have now.

Cal fit on bond is open. Gym equipment on the outside. 10$ a day visit or buy a punch card for 50$ for 10 visits

I canceled my membership (before Covid closures) and I am still being charged. There is nobody to speak with at corporate and you are not even able to leave voicemails. Hopefully someone can assist and correct this error.

Great place to workout, regardless of age, size, or fitness level. I love the class instructors. They are encouraging and help you adapt the routines. Wonderful!

Front desk staff will not let your guest in a few minutes after 9pm and will laugh in your face as they tell you. Sales representatives will get aggressive and yell at you / slam their desk.

The staff harasses potential customers and are misyognists. Awful place to go to. Total garbage.

Great place to work out - lot of machines/free weights, pools, courts, classes. Offers something for everyone. You will pay more for the variety, but it is worth it for my family.

A place full of fraud, my account has expired, the sales staff even used my name to sign a fake contract to continue to charge, I have been dealing with this company, their attitude is rogue. I won't go to this company again in the future. It's terrible!

Always loved this place. Lots of modern equipments for exercise and workouts. There Zumba and cycling classes is always my personal favorite. This place is always clean and the staff is helpful. I only wished they are a little cheaper for a large family to join.

Staff is not nice, supervisor (India, female) not response to member’s question nicely and politely. Salesman in Bond road (from Guam) used flirting word and not respect female client. Quality drops a lot. I miss the old nice and caring staff from 2013-2015. Please change and upgrade the service quality of your facility.

Staff is always super nice to me and the gym itself has a lot of great features, however we could use some newer cardio machines upstairs but besides that it’s great

This place is ok. I like it better then some other locations I been to. There is a couple downfalls. 1. It is way too busy. You have to wait for machines to be available. I had a lady sit next to me & just stare until I was done with the leg machine. Really Uncomfortable! & 2. There is always a class going on which doesn't allow people to use the space to work out (Not in the class room).
