Never received a tour after signing up. I heard more about the services they offered while on hold on the phone. Telephone messages are'nt delivered when you call. Staff is rude!

They are very good in selling but very bad afterwards in customer service. Be very careful and do you due diligence before enrolling.

Staff is great, clean facilities, a bit crowded, and WHEN YOU CANCEL YOU HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER MONTH EVEN IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GO. DON'T SING THEIR CONTRACT. TOO MANY STIPULATIONS. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY.

Facility is usually clean and staff are always helpful. Only thing don't like is that they need to fix their barcode scanner to get in. Also would be nice if they offer Barre classes
