It was one of the places I was recommended to eat fish, but I did not find a good fish and atmosphere as I hoped

I cannot express how disappointed I am with the to-go food I received from [Restaurant Name]. The whole experience was an absolute nightmare from start to finish.

First and foremost, the customer service over the phone was shockingly impolite. It seemed like the person taking my order was doing me a favor by even acknowledging my existence. I couldn't believe the level of rudeness and lack of basic courtesy they displayed.

But the real horror started when I opened the food containers. The salad I ordered looked like it had been sitting there since the Stone Age. The lettuce was wilted, slimy, and clearly way past its prime. I've never seen such a sad excuse for a salad in my life. It was inedible and had a nauseating odor that made me lose my appetite instantly.

I called the restaurant to complain about the condition of the salad, and guess what? They couldn't care less! They showed zero remorse for serving me a meal that was clearly unfit for consumption. Instead, they tried to shift the blame onto me, suggesting that I must have kept the food for too long. As if anyone would willingly hang on to that horror show of a salad!

I believe that a restaurant should take pride in its food and its customer service. [Restaurant Name] failed miserably on both fronts. I wouldn't wish this abysmal experience on my worst enemy. Needless to say, I won't be wasting another penny at this establishment, and I strongly advise anyone reading this to stay far away.

In conclusion, save yourself the trouble and avoid [Restaurant Name] like the plague. You deserve better than stale salads and disrespectful staff.

Overall the price and quality was good! I saw a lot of good reviews on Brussels sprouts, but in my opinion they were over cooked/grilled! I loved the zucchini and rosemary though!

Not half bad, great menu options and it was fairly tasty but nothing terribly spectacular.

So I looked up Swai fish and like tilapia saw that it is farm raised. If eating farm raised I would probably have picked Swai over Tilapia since the meat of Swai is more consistently white. There must be a # compelling business reason for using this over Cod, but having looked up Swai as I was waiting for my food; the bit of knowledge impacted my taste of my fish sandwich. My fish and parm fries both came hot, but I was somewhat disappointed by the taste of the fish not sure if it was from the fry oil but something subtle that I couldn’t figure out.
I don’t EVER eat Kale and figured if they go and make a deliciously healthy kale-slaw, shouldn’t the quality of fish match?
I know that I could have chosen a different ‘cleaner’ fish instead of deep fried so maybe I’ll try something else next time.
The parm fries were good AND for the quantity I thought a good value.

We love the wild caught salmon entrees with cajun seasonings with Brussels sprouts or asparagus. The grilled ahi tuna is very good! The staff are excellent in Customer Service and their food is amazing

Now 18 a plate.the place is empty and absolutely the last tome i surrender my $$$ to this business.
Why, WHY, should I get over cooked salmon and pay $15 a plate? Poor service and less quality food due to Covid? NOT ACCEPTABLE at all.
No wild salmon and then the FARMED Atlantic Salmon.from the Pacific, is dry and over cooked. Why should we accept lower quality for a premium price?

I think this is the best place. I went to few other locations, but none of them was on a par with this location.

Came yesterday for the first time and ordered the ahi poke bowl here. Asked for all the sauce and dressing on the side since it was marked as spicy on the menu. Staff did not put the sauce and dressing on the side, and it wasn't that authentic of a poke bowl.

Do not recommend going to this location. They forgot an item from our order & my food was burned so it did not taste very good (see photos). We watched an employee with gloves handle thrash cans and then without taking them off or changing the gloves, he grabbed the missing food item from our order and handed it to my wife. The salad bar was completely put away, even though the restaurant was still open for another 30 minutes.

I was very disappointed with this location when I dinned in on April 14th. The food is not necessarily cheap, and the customer service is below average. It almost felt like they were trying to kick us out by loudly flipping the chairs next to our table. Would not recommend this location, even though it is Irvine and there is usually a higher standard for restaurants here.

We were having a late lunch and decided to eat outside on the patio. Tables were spaced Comfortably with umbrellas for shade. I'll be back with our dog as they are welcome on patio.

The people are nice and the food is good and very different than the food you get from other places.

Delish fish good portion size, half the price compared to high end restaurant. Lots of choices, wild fish or farm raise. One of my fave resto. Satisfied tummy, happy customer. Friendly staff.

Since I first came to the fish grill I’ve been obsessed. I have been to many seafood restaurants in my time and when I say that their clam chowder is the BEST chowder I’ve ever had I mean it. No other restaurant has compared. Would definitely recommend.
