I really enjoyed my shrimp skewers and my 2 sides. Tomato feta and zucchini.

Best part, I don’t feel so full or guilty eating here with the sides I chose.

Service is fast. Seat yourself and they call your name when your order is ready.

The self order is really complicated and the people pairing food with orders made many mistakes. You'll get a text that your food is ready when it's not ready, then you won't know when it's actually ready unless you hover at the counter. All of their salads are with the dressing mixed in, there's no option to put it on the side. I even asked a worker to update my order and the dressing still came mixed in. Their drink situation was weird too, the cups, straws and lids were all behind the counter. You get lid and straw whether you want it or not. No trash cans to bus your own tables, so food and trays left everywhere. The food was tasty though.

December 2023, Friends and I had a great first time experience. Decided to treat my family, traveled from Salinas, spent over $100. My 8 year old odered deep fried catfish. To our surprise we found a HUGE worm. Spoken to Daniel the manager to not only raise awareness but voice our concern. He did not apologize nor try to accommodate us in any type of form. All what was said was he was going to throw away all catfish in stock. We will not recommend nor return.

Some good options, everything made fresh. It's a fastfood chain, so pretty standard, but has some healthy options.

My family eats at this place often. Today, unfortunately, I had a nasty experience. I ordered the shrimp salad and I had a baby grasshopper inside. I took a few bites when I finally noticed. I went back in to the restaurant and instead of an apology I got an excuse that it was not under his control and he also said that since he eats bugs it wasn’t a big deal. Never coming back.

Food is great, seriously the best fish dishes and everything I tried I really liked. The cilantro lime slaw is a great side with all the fish dishes. However it's overshadowed by poor service. 4 times I have showed up at 7pm (2 hours before closing) to find tons of items out of stock. Week ago they were out of fries and beans!? Another time they were out of rice. They also have a no substitutions allowed policy and there is only a kiosk as cashier. This would be my go to restaurant it it wasn't for the service and ordering experience issues. Then to make matters worse the kiosk asks you to tip. Like why would I tip a computer? If they fixed these items they would be 5 stars.

Good food but incompetent staff totally ruin the experience. Find out for yourself if you are so inclined.

Plenty of fish options for everyone. Fried, grilled or battered fish, fish and or chicken as well. They have great sides for your combo plate. Red and house wine or a cold beer to complement the type of food you ordered.

I ordered a fish sandwich from my phone and picked it up in person. It was ready when I arrived, still warm in the package, and delicious to eat when I got home. Service was good. The atmosphere however was definitely tainted as one of the managers (I think) was yelling at an employee in the kitchen area. He was yelling real loud, as I could hear him as I was walking all the way to the door. I felt bad for the employee for getting dressed down like this in public. Although it was not super busy at the time, I'm sure every customer in the store heard the commotion and criticism.

Been here 3 times and everytime the food is good. I wish that the side dishes could be hot. The sides of rice and veggies is only luke warm. The fried fish needed to be fried about 1 to 2 mins more for my liking.
It was cold in the restaurant. With room for a good size crowd.while we were there only 3 tables had customers and 2 tables put jackets on or had them upon arrival.
The credit card only idea is just not my thing. I always pay cash so to be thrown for a loop. I did not care for that. NO ONE ASKED if I needed help. Maybe just something I need to get ready for. I also feel that the servers should give more napkins, spoons (for rice etc) and all needed condiments.soy sauce, hot sauce, malt vinegar, salt/ pepper, and water cups. Ask atleast. Got some push back from the male and female worker that stood at the counter everytime I asked for different things. It was quite awkward. I felt like I was bothering them.
Pepsi on the order menu kept saying "can"
I didn't know u had Pepsi in fountain drink. I did not order Pepsi in a can for 2 plus dollars.
Female bathroom was low on toilet paper. For all the worker that were standing around, that could have used some attention.
Prices and plate size is good and I really like this restaurant.
I'd like to up my review next time I come, so my advice is please pay attention to details, it really does matter. A little nicer customer service could help too.
There was 1 "nice" guy outside. On our way out, he stopped what he was doing, asked if we liked the food and told us to come back and we will just for him and his hospitality.

I found hair in the food 3 time at the same Plat, 2 days ago I came the stuff was fighting each other and they don't care about customer

Wow don't miss out on this place. We had two different groups of 12 people each get served so fast with delicious refreshing food. The food is delicious the management team there is fast and helpful. The whole team just seem to get along and service with a smile. And the management actually worked along with the team. I found that refreshing. Sorry no pictures

Good food, but ordering at the kiosk requires that you provide your cell phone number and agree to their 30 screens of privacy policy, which allows them to phone-spam you and sell your info.

Ordering a piece of fish shouldn't require you to surrender your privacy rights.

With the closure of the fish market, I was left with few options. Wow this is more of a chain Style upscale fast food kind of fish place. The fish is actually really good and especially for the price the fish is really great. I definitely recommend this place for people looking for a fish place that's relatively inexpensive. It does get minus stores for atmosphere as the music is basically blasting as loud as it can and you can hardly hear anybody talk in there.

Food: As good as fast (ish) seafood can get! Great pricing and a super wide variety of fresh fish. I actually love eating here! They don't precook, so the fish is fresh, hot and cooked perfectly! (9/10). If you find this review helpful, please hit the like

Pricing: as of Sept 2023 it's a no cash place, credit card, debit and tap only. Interesting.prices aren't bad at all. About $20 for one person.

Vegetarian/Vegan: I like that they have vegan shrimp and options so everyone is welcome! They could use a bit more sauce variation in those dishes though. Something other than hot/spicy, for sensitive tummies (7.5/10).

Parking: it's a strip mall kinda lot and it can get busy. You can find parking usually pretty easy if it's not busy, if it is, just park next door at the bass pro show.
