Just the usual, in 2024 it's prices up, service down. Now they're card-only, no cash. A friend says the fish'n'chips are good so there's that.

I was told I had to use a kiosk to order my food and watch the new employee union. David help somebody else order food at the register after He told me no.

Everything tastes extremely fake and fast foodie, very bad. The smell of food was of oil that’s been heated and reused a 100 times. Nothing was real food, chemicals filled food. Very disappointing.

For some reason, the man at the front counter was not having a good day, and we felt like we were criminals having to beg for Tartar sauce, lemons, and ketchup. Not a good way to keep customers coming back. If we ever walk in here again and see the same person at the same location, we will turn around and go to another restaurant. Very poor customer service and horrible way to retain your customers coming back. I recommend that if this man is going to continue doing his job at the front counter, did he be given a refresher course in customer service skills.

The options were good and the portion size was decent. Ordered Cajun and chimichurri seasoning but their chimichurri was so delicious

I accidentally ordered the plant based “fish” and chips, instead of the battered fish and chips and didn’t realize till I already arrived at the restaurant to pick-up. The manager was super accommodating and switched it out for me with no problems. I appreciated that and thought that it was very kind. The food itself was delicious! The batter was light and crispy! Yum.

The food was 'just' acceptable. The service was really poor neither to say about the "new" serving machine. They state the service will be faster if we (customers) use the touch screen machines. But in reality it was totally the opposite. And the cherry on top, after you go thru all the countless screens to place your order, you cannot do it if you don't provide your phone number. What the world? So now they need to know your phone number to sell you food? And they don"t give any option to see the terms and conditions of what they would do with your personal data which is TOTALLY ILLEGAL. Such a good business for them, you are not only giving your money for a "hopefully" decent dinner but providing them with your most valuable asset (Your Personal Information) for Freee.what a scam!

Very poor customer service. The new self service kiosk makes it worse. They ask for your phone numberer.nobody talks to you, very impersonal. The foos was cold. The cookers were so talkative and the made my order wrong. Never visit this restauramt again. Oh and them they ask you for tip.no way

Today I visited this restaurant located in cherry Ave San José. My experience was so bad. It is sad just know that the food is healthy and delicious, but the service is appalling. My family and I arrived and the cashier called Paloma doesn’t tell us good morning and nothing either. Now you need to order in the machine on front (this is new) but they don’t explain this and simplicity they ignore you. The manager (a man) was extremely rude. I finished going out. I hope someone take care as soon as.

Went here specifically for the fish and chips, first time visit. The fish batter was not what I had expected. The batter was a little denser that what I expected, almost like a breaded batter. Fish itself was not bad though. My dining buddy did like the batter, so just a personal preference thong here.

The fries and the kale salad that was served with the fish and chips were pretty good.

This use to be my spot until i got the giant shrimp and salmon ate it and went home and had the runs only to go to dr and found out i have covid workers there are nasty not all if you sick please dont come to work i understand its hard out here but your playing with peoples lives coming to work sick and handleing food.
