I have tried to call the Dr many times, phone just rings & rings. No way to leave a message, I just tried again this morning, 10: 25am let it ring 15 times, tried again at 10: 35, still no answer. I had a bad reaction to antibiotic, where is the Dr?

These professionals our the best. They offer you what you need. They don't try to sell up sell you. The audiologist have the fine-tuning equipment needed to get the most from the earing aids. The doctors here good not be better.

My boyfriend was referred to Dr. Donaldson by a doctor in ER at Sharp Hospital. We were told to call for a priority appointment within 3 days of his having spent the night in the ER with what looked to be a severe sinus infection. We don’t know about Dr. Donaldson himself as repeated calls to his office over multiple days yielded NOTHING. Message after message was left because the Carlsbad office apparently NEVER answers the phone. Further NO call was ever returned. UNACCEPTABLE! DON’T even try!

This for my mother Roxie Hubbs - audiologist Alice Lilly is wonderful and the staff are nice and welcoming. Glad we can go here for her hearing services.

Carlsbad location does not answer their phones. I have called several times over nearly a 2 week period and noone from the office has returned my call to make an appointment to to schedule the surgery that my insurance provider has approved.

Check in was safe and simple. Polite and kindly greetings from staff was relaxing. Being ill can make me moody but I am going to have a procedure that I am scared of and they explain everything to me. I felt cared for. Thank you.

Carlsbad office staff are awesome when it come to helping everyone out. Twice I have had issues with my hearing aids, and both time Alice has helped me with the most Professional Attitude, friendly and knowledgeable skills. She is the best! Thank you so much Ms. Alice.

I have been going to California Head & Neck Specialists since September 2019 after a lump developed in my neck. I met with Dr. Kiersten Louise Riedler. She determined the lump was attached to my thyroid and would need to be removed. She ordered special tests for me and told me the lump was likely cancerous but slow growing.
Dr. Riedler performed a thyroidectomy on November 22 and the tumor was later confirmed to be cancerous. I underwent Iodine radiation treatment and now there is no sign of residual cancer cells!
Dr. Riedler still sees me periodically to monitor my progress. She is an outstanding surgeon and a wonderful doctor who watches over her patients with great care and understanding.
I strongly recommend Dr. Riedler and her colleague, Dr. Ritvik Prakash Mehta, at California Head & Neck Specialists!

Place was Great, helpful friendly staff. Dr. Donaldson was very thorough on my matter. Yes go there. I'll be back there.

My experience with Dr. Donaldson was very good when I finally got to see him. However, the person that called me to set up the appointment gave me two dates to choose from and then apparently wrote down the date that I did NOT choose in the office appointment book. So, when I arrived on the date that I had chosen, I was told my appointment was for a later date. This type of error should not happen and started me off with a negative feeling.

My experience with Dr. Mehta and Dr. Tien were both very good. I highly recommend California Head and Neck Specialist to anyone in the area looking for professional services. Very personable staff in both the Carlsbad and San Diego offices.

I decided I needed 2nd opinion from and ENT and I'm glad I decided this since it landed me here. My experience here wa great. The provider was thorough and treated me well. I felt like my voice was being heard and that he actually cared. Yes there was a small wait time but I believe it's worth it for the quality of care. I can tell that he took his time with his patients not just trying to see you and go to the next. Overall a great experience.

Dr. Donaldson is an amazing doctor, compassionate care, knowledge and skill. From his assistant to the supporting staff are just as amazing, skilled and knowledgeable.

If you value your time then move on to the practice on the list. This place is the absolute worst. If one could post negative stars this would be the place to do it.

From the start to finish or possibly more visits in the future, I am very impressed with a wonderful service and care that I receive here. I highly recommend them for their competence caring and compassion.
