Ramen Mecharia is garbage. He denied my mom medical needs for her problems. This place and the drsneed to go. Denying someone of medical needs is not ok

Just trying to ask a question regarding coverage and was hung up on twice and got the runaround on 3rd try

If the doctor’s/nurse practitioner’s (there are no actual doctors available at my clinic for me, due to staffing shortages, I assume) aren’t able to provide competent care and not dismiss almost everything they’re told because of the bureaucracy of California Health and Wellness, it would sit a lot better with me if they’d just tell me that instead of pretending like they’re helping me and acting oblivious to the fact that my medical issues are affecting my life in a way that I will not be able to manage.

I’m getting a “case manager. ” Praying that will help. I won’t give up easily. This is my last resort.

I have been harassed by your phone staff ever since I made a call to ask about insurance. Have been called over 50 times in a three day period. That’s illegal and you can be sued for this type of harassment…it’s against the law! Leave me alone! Don’t inquire, you’ll be sorry
