It seems kind of funny how the lottery of large amounts only hit in certain states, while the other small amounts only hit only hit in certain states. Is lottery rigged to take our hard earned money. Having us dreaming that we be financially set one day. But unknowingly that its us who are financially setting up some one else. Do all head CEO's from each headquarters Negotiate on which state that it happen so that there family member it may be. May it's there family members who works for lottery place as employees or a family relative thats its given to put them in a wealthy financial state cause of economy. It really makes you wondered about it. Behind closed doors are number pre-selection night before after everyone bought there ticket to avoid a possible winner, inorder raised amount into high number millions or even billions, do balls have magnet in them, to help on selecting correct numbers and is tied to computer into whole system as main server of all headquarters to help selecting or avoiding those winners.

The most absolute worst insolent and disgustingly bad place I have ever been forced to deal with up till now. Completely unnecessary behavior. They have no customer service, take 6 weeks for a simple check, and have crosswords that are completely impossible to solve, thereby ensuring that no one gets the money. Don't waste your time with this excuse for life.

Crazy to see bad reviews. Seen 3 employees helping people through the process very nice employees. One chick there with the dump truck is very nice as well lol. Told me 25-30 mins got called 6 mins later it was ready. Fast moving line very nice people. Very simple and easy.

Pleasant experience. I went there today with 1000$ ticket and was out with a check within 30 minutes. Employees were friendly! Thanks

They pay between $600 and $1000 the same day. Within about 20 min. IF you don't have any "financial issues" such as a lien.check your situation before you go.especially if you are driving from a distance. Otherwise great! Deposit money that day and all funds were available for withdrawal the same day!

While they do update the site regularly, it could use some work. I was at the Natomas office in June 2022 and got my checks super fast. You MUST have your paperwork filled in correctly! They do have videos on YouTube to help. Anything over $1,000.00 is going to take some time (currently 7 to 9 weeks), so just be patient.

No one answers the phone, plus they posted here in lvnv, winning ticket from nipton calif, so alot of folks went there only to find the store closed for years, false reporting on the State Lottery
