I think I'm not the only one who has a bad experience with the security guard, very very rude, like he doesn't like his job, he's not friendly at all and he starts yelling when you ask something, does he feel like he's the owner of the lottery or doesn't know? Whatever your problem is, terrible attitude, I hope those in charge really read that and do something to talk about, like, definitely look for another job where you are happy, why here I don't think it is, I'm not racist but to specify who is of black race

Minus 1 star because the place is very hidden. Theres no signs on the street. You will see a big building that says AAA Toner, then keep your eye on the oposite side of the road and take any entrance. You can even look for this handicapped sign in the picture I attatched and enter there you'll run right into it.

They have courteous staff.
They explained to me that they can only write a check on the spot if your winnings are under $1k. Anything over $1k they have to send it in the mail.

Time here and everyone is rude! The window clerks are not welcoming and they talk to you with a tone as if you’re bothering them. Eww! Better customer service is needed. 25-30 min wait and your check is ready! That’s the only positive thing

Apparently they DO NOT cash out, write out, print out essentially PAY OUT from this place. However I cannot speak for other locations and their protocols. I assume they are the same, I'm not sure. After winning my 2nd $1k scratcher and learning that when you mail it in they take as long as 6 MONTHS to send out your payment. Why? Idk, given the odds of payout winnings vs people and their indeterminate life spans, I'd be willing to be that quite a few have forgot, moved away, became very ill, encarcerated or even perished before being able to collect. So where does that $$$ go, into a pot? Or trust fund? To next of kin? (No) it certainly isn't added to the big jackpot. I digress, so this time around I physically walk in with scratcher in hand, both it and claim form filled out neat, legible and Identical, on time too. (BTW if u arrive after 4: 30pm they turn you around because it takes approximately 30 minutes. To process a winning ticket/scratcher. I learned that yesterday) was told to wait for the clerk to return. WAITED 47 MINUTES TO BE TOLD THAT A CHECK WILL BE MAILED IN ABOUT 6-8 WEEKS! Mind y'all I drove 35 minutes from riverside to rancho Cucamonga at 3: 15pm and was sent on my way at 4: 55pm.empty handed. Less gas, less cash, less time, less patience and ESPECIALLY less a good damn reason to tell my WIFE why I came home with a hand full of coal.in closing.do not expect a pay out of its over $599.so yeah.really reeeeeaaally sh*tty

I wouldent go here ever again it takes them 4 months to pay you your winnings you buy a tickett and they dont pay u for 4 months. The lotto is a joke. A joke.

You can also go to the lottery offices in Santa Fe Springs, Rancho Cucamonga, San Diego, or Costa Mesa to get your check printed now!

I called and spoke with Alex. He answered all of my questions and he was so nice and friendly. You are lucky to have him! He was fantastic!

I say it's B's that they don't write out checks for claim at local locations.
They have all the information and payout amounts, but you have to wait up to 13 weeks to receive your money unless you go to San Diego location with everything being connected via internet. That's pure B's.
You shouldn't have to wait that long for a check to come in the mail. There's no reason this process can't be done quicker, for up to a certain amount. I can understand if it's over a 5 figure amount.
A daily pick 3 ticket just over 600 dollars,
They get their money right away, why can't you.
