Awesome place good people, they do a grate job work with you, but trying to get contacts is hard when they don't have what you need in stock. I've been there 3 times and still have to order contacts. I hate wasting time.

First visit for my son and I and it was an absolute pleasant experience from beginning to end. Literally, from walking in the door and being greeted with a smile, to the assistants, to meeting Dr. Tadros, to ordering our frames.everyone was very personable, friendly, knowledgeable, communicative and patient! Definitely sharing this Vision Center with friends and family and remaining a customer!

Dr. Tadros gave me the best eye exam I have ever had. I absolutely will recommend him to all my friends and family!

This was the first time at this office. I had a great experience. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. All my concerns and questions were addressed. Very professional but at the same time they made me feel like I’ve been a patient for years.

Everyone was very nice and polite. Now of course it is germ free. For I worked with to day was Sylvia and Harley. I forgot the doctor's name but she was very sweet and so was Michelle. They made me feel very comfortable. They explained everything to me and they even let my husband set in they room with me while they put drops into my eyes. I wish them all the best.

I first had my first appointment there 4 years ago and was so impressed with the thoroughness of the exam that I insisted my wife, daughter, and granddaughters start using them for their eye exams. Dr. Tadros explains all of the findings and takes time to answer all of your questions. All of the employees are knowledgable and everyone seems to really care about your eye health.

Dr. Lewis was very thorough with running tests and explaining in detail why my vision keeps changing. I really appreciate the time he spent with me, as well as explaining things in simple terms. Dr. Lewis also took the time to show me previous film test results as well as current film test results and what exactly the films indicate and what area of the films he is drawing his conclusions

Both the doctor and his assistant were so great. They explained everything and didn’t make me feel rushed. The lady at the counter was super inviting when I came in which is something I don’t experience at most offices. The doctors sense of humor was also great. All around great visit highly recommend Dr Scott

This has been THE BEST eye appointment of my adult life. From the minute you walk in the door you are greeted and from what I could tell they are very family orientated and know their clients on a first name basis right when they walk in. They are very prompt and go over everything with you and explain every step of the way! You are not rushed at all which is what i loved! Everyone is extremely smart and knowledgeable and very patient. They listened to all of my concerns! Thank you so much!

Terrible service and follow-up with special order products. Spoke with one of their opticians and they failed to follow-up with their direct supervisor to call me back, in regards to my concerns! I don’t understand all these biased reviews.

This is my second visit, and the high level of customer focus is astounding. Not to mention the ability to explain things in a way that makes sense to me, has left me feeling like I’m retaining much more information and have a better understanding of what is going on. Everyone was noticeably friendly, and exhibited an excellent degree of professionalism that will continue to cause me to return from here on. Thank you again for seeing me on such short notice and making me feel welcome.

A great staff is hard to beat. The professional manner in which I was treated was wonderful, and great sense of humor that everyone had was a great bonus. If you get an eye exam, and you come out feeling better than when you began, it's a good thing.
