I'm not kidding about what happened to me at this Clinic!

When I arrived, I didn't have the money for the copay, I told the receptionist at the front desk. Then, a financial counselor came out to escort me to a room. (Looking back, this is a tactic to avoid doing this in front of the patients in the waiting room.) She then badgered and harassed me about the copay for the visit and the x-rays that they were going to do. She also informed me that if there was any type of surgery that I would have to come up with $800 copay before the doctor would even perform the surgery! When I said that I didn't have it, she escorted me out of the building.

It was a humiliating experience to say the least! It really felt like a shakedown for money! But I didn't give them a cent! Avoid this thuggery and get your treatment from a respectable medical establishment. The way they treated me was unethical, unprofessional, and downright gangster! I still can't believe it!

My insurance company denied a procedure. In the statement they indicated that an appeal could be made on my behalf from the doctor. Dr. Schultz's assistant phoned me to let me know that "Dr. Schultz doesn't do appeals for his patients. "

The manager very unprofessional. She act like she owns the place! Out of order! I couldn't believe she wouldn't schedule me an appointment. I feel sorry for the Doctors in that facility cause of one Bitter Office Manager! Who is unprofessional. I was talking to someone that was standing next to me while I was on the phone with her and she thought I was talking to her by responding "What Did You Say! " SOO RUDE OF HER never again I will have to find another Orthopedic office. She calls herself a manager
Haaaaaa! Lady Bye! I could go on but I am not going to waste my time on this thing call of a manager!

Just had a major surgery performed by Dr. Kansara. Absolutely amazing doctor with an absolutely amazing demeanor. He gets right to the point and actively listens to his patients. The front office staff have been amazing upon every visit and Jennifer especially has been a pleasure to work with.

Dr Kansara has been able to diagnose and resolve an issue with my knee that has hindered me for the past 18 years. I am in quite a bit of pain right now, but have been reassured everything that can be done is being done. Dr. Kansara has earned my trust. I truly appreciate all of his effort and dedication after so many other surgeons have outright refused to treat my knee problem. He is a very splendid doctor and is very polite with me regardless of how many times I ask the same question phrased slightly differently.

He genuinely cares about his patients and has helped this OIF veteran immensely on the path to recovery. Thank you Dr. Kansara!

These doctors do not care about their patients. They will demand $50 to fill out your paperwork for State Disability and then not turn in the paperwork. I have called an asked 4 times for them to send in the paperwork or give me a call if they need help. I have been denied medical benefits twice because this office has failed to fill out and return paperwork that I paid them to submit.
This issue has been the most depressing and stressful time of my life. California Orthopedic will ensure to make this process as difficult as possible while nickel and diming you the whole way. Avoid at all costs!

I was referred to Dr. Kansara for orthopaedic evaluation. I was impressed about how soon they were able to schedule me for evaluation. The location is convenient and the staff were very welcoming. Dr. Kansara is extremely knowledgeable, caring and down to earth. He provided a thorough exam and explained my condition with language I could understand. He offered multiple options for treatment with pros and cons of each and supported his decision making with scientific reports of outcome. I was extremely happy that he offered nonsurgical solutions for my problem. I would highly recommend Dr. Kansara at California Orthopaedic Institute.

Dr. Quinn is the best. He cares a lot about his patients well being. Dedicated and very smart.

Took my daughter here when she injured her hip during dance. We had previously had a great experience and trusted we’d get the same quality of treatment. But the available doctor was dismissive and condescending. I would recommend any woman or young person look elsewhere for treatment.

I scheduled an appointment to see a podiatrist. They rescheduled it. The called to cancel my appointment within 2 weeks of the new appointment. I had already requested time off for the appointment and this was the only podiatrist they had.
