Another fabulous experience with Rosemarie at California Patio! She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient in working with us to select all of the products and fabrics to meet our outdoor patio needs. Thank you, Rosemarie!

The customer service in the store was 5-star. Unfortunately, the “white glove” delivery, of which I paid $175, was not. I am a 71 year old widow, recently recovering from back surgery. I had a very simple request- move the existing patio table. Would have taken less than 5 minutes. NEVER HAVE I EVER been told NO. EVERY delivery service has the same caveats- yours are no different. The time the delivery drivers took to “defend” their position, that table could have been moved back and forth 5 times. I pulled it forward myself. Absolutely disgusted. They were here MAYBE 5 minutes bringing the table and chairs around; spent twice that time defending their position. Some “white glove” service

California Patio sells a premium product and maintains a full showroom so the prices are higher than expected and take a little getting used to. However, if you shop around then you will find that you are getting what you pay for here and their prices are reasonable compared to similar stores. We wanted to spend less money ordering from Costco, but after sitting in furniture at various stores we discovered that most of it is uncomfortable and we could not risk ordering something without sitting in it first. Rosemarie is a wealth of knowledge on the products, nice to work with, and applies no sales pressure or phone calls. We had to mortgage our house to buy some patio furniture, but we are happy!

We purchased outdoor furniture three years ago at California Patio that we are very pleased with. I wanted to purchase a rolling base for our umbrella. The process was so quick and easy. Rosemarie, the salesperson was able to look up our previous order to match colors to know what we needed. The purchase and delivery was a smooth process.
