California Pizza Kitchen at Brea Mall

This a very busy restaurant and a friendly staff. I had a very good meal. I had the Chicken Piccata. It's a pan roasted chicken breast with linguini and a lemon caper cream sauce.

The food was great and the prices were reasonable. Staff at the time of visit was nice and prompt with food and service.

Went there 2 months ago, bad services, don't recall his name.served with wet napkins, non-friendly fake smile provided.will not go there again!

Placed a phone order said it would be ready at 5: 22 pm and the order wasn't even placed. Ridiculous!

Always crazy busy at this location. Service is as expected wit how busy they are. Food ok too.not really big on restaurant chains as food tends to be generic. Over all, not a bad experience just generic.

The waiter was attentive but the food was cold and seem to take a long time. I suspect it was ready and not picked up.

M wife and I love going to this place. Their widely known for the pizzas but their salads are also amazing. The have several very creative and delicious salads that we go back for. I think our favorite is the The Mediterranean.

The staff here is very friendly and nice.

Tip: The place can actually be a little noisy. If you are a smaller group and don't mind high-tables, then the bar area is the place to sit.

I dream of the chicken tequila pasta. I can't even fathom how they created a dish so delicious. I tend to order the pasta along with the five cheese on thin crust, and finish both dishes in one sitting. Great service, located conveniently in the Brea Mall near Macys.

I came here with my grandma and boyfriend and was pleased at how quickly we were seated and how accommodating the staff was. I had an overall pleasant experience. It's a small location though so I would not recommend it for big groups.

Steak was good, sides were good, service was fine (didn't get my silverware till almost 5 minutes after my food was served because 'they were out of clean utensils'). Pizzas are small and pricey and I think individual size. But they're good. Just don't order 2 pizzas and think you're going to feed 5 or 6 people.

When you go here get something interesting. Do not get what you already know. The pear and Gorgonzola pizza is wonderful. Would never have thought it. If you pick out a strange and scary pizza and do not like it they will take it back and get you something safe. Good and surprising pizzas made safe.

Service was slow by the servers.the hostess was working hard. She was running around doing all diffetent tasks including straightening the messy restroom. Our server was not attentive at all.will be awhile before going back.floor manager was out of site.

Vegeterian order issue:
Today we ordered the Thai crunch salad without chicken one for dine-in and another for take-out. We got home and my kids were waiting for salad and it had chicken inside so we had to throw it away. Not to mention the service was not at its best. I have been coming to this CPK for years now and this has happened multiple times even while dinning in. The problem in the service area is long overdue improvement.

The bad place i visitor in LA, i try before other CPK, but this place is SLOW, (45 minutes for one salad?) BAD ATTENTION (the personal talk and forget the costumer) and I order cesar salad with salmon and give 3 little pieces for salmon.bad experience.
