6 Awful service for my grandmother!: (
She went there when she got a stroke supposedly to get physical therapy and good care while she got better but they didn't do ANYTHING!
They had her lying in bed all day and she didn't even have a tv.
I took a tv for her but they never set it up!
Once I tried getting her out of there, they didn't make that easy. My grandma was only there 2 weeks and I can assure that they were the worst 2 weeks of her life:/
Disgusting, just firing people for their own mess ups. Unprofessional and mediocre at its finest
My mother is there she’s in a bed next to the air is coming
through that window my momma is cold all the time my brother put in there
WORST JOB I EVER HAD, I GOT FIRED 1/17 which is today because DON MS. ALLISON ASK FOR HOSPITALITY AIDE TO COME TO HER WE CAME SHE GOES AND ASK US WHY WE COULDNT GO TO APPOINMENT I SIMPLY SAID NO BECAUSE I HAVE APPOINTMENT GO TO TODAY W MY SON FOR HIS HEART SHE STARTED GOING UP ON ME SAYING U HAVE TO GO I SIMPLY SAID WHY CANT THEY ASK ANOTHER PERSON TO GO I HAVE SOMEWHERE IMPORTANT TO GO TO, with all that being said this facility has family and friends working together the administrator and her wife which is dsd and then Allison which is don the mom which is the treatment nurse they dont do things fair what so ever! I called state and i called Corporate nobody could do anything about this situation they fire me but couldn’t fire cna that’s in there beating on patients!
Horrible place, they let your family suffer! And just die! And let go of all the good people that work there!
My brother checked himself in this place around November 15th 2022. He died December 30th 2023. I found out a week prior to his death that he was "diagnosed" at his "end stage". He was with me when we were told. I can't say if he knew before but the way he talked he thought he would have surgery and get out of there. One of his hospice personnel told us that as long as he needed 24 hour care he would not come out of there. I didn't have to deal with all of the staff but the staff that I did for across did the bare minimum. His last 2 weeks of being there became the worse and we asked his hospice placement to find somewhere else for him. Unfortunately he died before he could be moved. This place has barely 2 stars for a reason. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They only get 1 from me cause I had to pick one. They also STOLE HIS PHONE
