We have been in this house for 2 years and just extended out lease for another 2 years. Not only do we like where we live but anytime there has been a maintenance issue California Realty is on top of it immediately. All of their staff and contractors and very professional and courteous. We have always been able to count on the CRG Team to manage our rental properties professionally. Whether Doreen is marketing for new Tenants, Heather is finding a contractor for an emergency repair or providing an update on Tenant issues or Kristin is answering our questions about the local real estate market, CRG has been our preferred management company since 2008 and we are as pleased with the service now as we were then. The fees are reasonable and we would not trust any other company.

David with California Realty had to come out a couple times to inspect and then repair a water leak for us. He was extremely professional and very kind! He was in and out in no time and had it all repaired!

My pet Peeve is customer service and respecting other people’s needs.
While sitting in your Office and lessoning to how polite and cordial Miss. Davina Gutierrez, your Recipient was dealing with my friend Michael Green. I was very impressed. When Michael needed help or asked Miss. Gutierrez a question in completing her application, Miss. Gutierrez was very respectful and very professional in her response to Michaels needs.
I have made it a habit through-out my life to inform employers / Marines of people I have dealt with to give them my feedback on the dealings I have had with them and their employees. Some good and not so good. But when I come across that one person that just fits my style of people I would hire if I was still in the work force. I have to speak up. Great job! My dishwasher was broken, Heather was able to track down all information needed for warranty repairs from my previous property management, she was able fix the issue within the warranty at no cost to the tenants. Great Job!
