California Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy - Concord

Everyone is tremendously nice, helpful and awesome here at California Rehab Concord, they all are very committed to their job and they really know what they’re doing.

10 STARS! My go to place if ever again I need physical therapy. I went in with x-ray results that didn’t match my symptoms! Stephanie did my intake. She listened carefully and began to evaluate my flexibility and work on me. In less than 10 minutes she found the source of my issues. Amazing. I had a diagnosis! Over the course of my sessions there Justin and Maura also worked with me. Pros. The assistants are on top of it. The place is clean, organized and upbeat. When my sessions were over after several weeks, I left with a personalized exercise program, which I can still access online, to stretch and strengthen & hopefully prevent further injury. So far so good!

I had my last 6 of 24 therapies here, I tell you, the staff was amazing, always watching, that you do do the exercises right!

I’m happy to be sharing very pleasant remarks regarding the service provided to my family member whom I transported 39 office visits. The physical therapy services provided by this office in Concord was impeccable- just perfect.
Beginning with intake and getting right to the issue to be addressed was spot on.
Physical therapy services were efficient so that continued care from hospital to California Rehabilitation was smooth.
Requested reports and evaluations were provided.
All staff handled each client with familiar care personally addressing each client by name.
In addition staff were well trained and met the needs of even patients who were challenged by other health issues.
All additional home exercises & apparatuses complimented all office visit treatments.
There is a lovely outdoor courtyard for family members who wish to enjoy, very relaxing.
I would highly recommend this office for your physical therapy, rehabilitation needs; which enables a wholistic approach including emotional support and reducing stress.
Definitely looked forward to going for treatments!

Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, it makes physical therapy more manageable. I have noticed a positive difference on my injuries and feel the pain lessening over time.

California Rehab Concord has been a Godsend for me and my family. I help to take care of my grandparents at home and I recently injured my arm in a way that left it physically weak and numb. I didn't know what to do. Yet over the course of just a month of PT I've regained just about 90% of my previous strength and dexterity in that limb and have reached almost all of my physical therapy goals. The therapists here really pour their hearts into their patients and work with you at a pace and time that's comfortable for your needs. Admittedly, I was nervous at first this being my first time in PT, but the staff get along so great it's like they're family; you feel right at home. My heartfelt thanks to all of the wonderful people who've taken care of me so well. Stephanie, Maura, Justin, Marissa, that's you!

10/10 would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to do physical therapy at.staff is extremely respectful & kind & accepting & helpful. They're all always making jokes with each other & sometimes include patients in the jokes which is something nice to see because it brings a very positive atmosphere to the place & livens it up. They also play music which is nice to listen to while doing exercises. If I ever have to go to physical therapy again (I probably will since arthritis runs in my family) I would definitely like to come back to this place. Maura was my therapist & I will miss the lovely atmosphere she & the others brought to this place since they've helped my scoliosis get a lot better but also improved my mobility & range.

The therapist here are awesome. They are patient and they seem to be able to deal with pretty good. I'm a lot to deal with. Thank you all so very much for

This was my first time having to do physical therapy and I didn't know what to expect other than it could potentially help.
On my first day my pain and abilities were examined to make a plan. I was in a car accident several months prior and had head, neck, shoulder, and arm pain. Everything was well explained and I could understand what I was feeling, why things hurt, and how we would work to bring me back to pain free (as much as one is at my age) and a normal range of motion.
Over the next couple weeks I worked with Justin and the rest of the awesome vibe'n team at California Rehabilitation. The atmosphere was chill and fun, which helped when you were having to do difficult things your body has to relearn.
I watched multiple interactions in my time there between the different therapists and their clients and really appreciated the connections they were able to make for the process to be as manageable as possible.
I'm now mostly just stiff sometimes but keeping up on stretches and exercises that I learned while there have made me feel back to my usual self.
It was a great place, personable and skilled Physical Therapists and assistants, welcoming front staff, and an all around patient attitude when people were difficult (not that many seemed to be from my visits).

I been here for two weeks now and I already love it and the pt here is very helpful and awesome especially Justin he is helping me getting my knee get better, everyone is very friendly, kind and nice so thank u all of u guys

Best physical therapy center in the Eastbay. Come on in to the Concord location right off 680. Justin and the great team of physical therapists will get you back in shape asap. Positive environment that makes PT fun.

I love working with the staff. They’re all friendly and I’m comfortable working with them.

Have been attending Cal Rehab in Concord for 3 months now and have had a fantastic experience. Was expecting PT to be very clinical in nature and instead have had a very casual and even fun experience.

Richa and the entire crew have been welcoming and friendly, while also holding me accountable and providing instruction every step of the way.

Never thought I'd actually look forward to PT each week and yet here we are!
