California Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy - Santa Ana, E. 4th St.

I've visited Cal Rehab for two separate sports injuries. Both times, the staff was able to help me get back on the field in a timely and realistic manner. I looked forward to every appointment as the staff was always friendly, honest, and understanding. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking to rehabilitate an injury all while having some fun!

I had a great experience and also totally recommended, staff is amazingly friendly. Funny and entertaining, staff listen to your needs and no rush at all. Just a great place, the staff atmosphere is just BOMB!

My little brother strained his PCL from Basketball, we got referred here through our health group and the staff here are amazing. They took good care of him and really did care about his health and getting him back to full strength as a young athlete.

I have come to this location twice for an injured back, and both times I worked with Marissa Schubert (she's awesome!). I've also recently worked with David Bien, and he's wonderful, as well. The assistants (Ivan and Luis) are patient and encouraging, which is so appreciated (especially when you're in pain). Finally, I want to shout out to the staff at the intake desk. I've worked with several people, but specifically, Esther is so kind and helpful. Thank you all for helping me this round. I may be back in the future!

California Rehab is a professional facility. I felt confident with the staffs knowledge and evaluation done. Would recommend to a family member or another that needs rehabilitation.

A great therapy experience! The practitioners are knowledgeable, friendly. Nice open space and I’m already feeling some progress relief in my back.

The California Rehabilitation is a very nice, clean environment. The people are very kind and I feel comfortable being there. Awesome place!

This is what happened. On 3rd Jan 2020 I had Appointment at 4: 40 PM and I called in as I was running late. I told that I am not cancelling the appointment but I am going to be 20 or so min late, but I was then told that my therapist already left after her last appointment and I will be treated by another therapist, Which I was not comfortable with, In that case I have to cancel my appointment and the person was adamant about taking a cancellation fee of $40, and reason she gave was "I didn't know about that when I called" really? I was not intimated about my therapist not available, Even if made it on time I would have to cancel it anyway. Would u have collected cancellation fee even then? I understand I was late and If my therapist was present and waiting for me, I could have requested for a short therapy or if she doesn't agree then I am okay with paying the cancellation fee at that point. This incident the whole wonderful experience a worst one, I understand there is a policy but u need to understand the situations too not rude and adamant about this, u could have been polite about this, Not coming back at all.
