I was in a bad motorcycle accident and was admitted to the institute. Staff was very kind, courteous and professional. They really helped me get back on my feet during a very painful experience. I appreciate everything they did for me.

Therapy team did an incredible job in helping gain more independence within my current limitations. The staff were also friendly and respectful of my needs and requests. I would recommend CRI to anyone in need of rehabilitative services.

The quality of CRI’s doctors, nurses and therapists is exceptionally good.
They have worked with me several times to get me successfully rehabilitated – in amazingly short periods of time.
The staff isn’t just top-notch medically, but they are also enthusiastic, dedicated, compassionate and kind.
It is not surprising that they are rated the best acute rehabilitation hospital in California.
The main problem area that I have encountered is with their central billing office. After hours of waiting in their voice queue, when their system finally takes a voice message, they don’t call back; I have been waiting for days for them to return my call.

This place is one of a kind. They almost bring people back from the dead, and get them walking again. Highly recommended. My father had a verbal fracture, immobile, and after spending two weeks at California, rehab Institute he started walking again. Highly recommended. Cannot think the staff enough for all their effort.

The staff has been magnificent and the therapy has helped with your pain. Gayle is a great person. The staff and facility is impressive the work they do works wonders. I would like thank Francisco the PCR for helping me post this because I am in pain.

The staff has been incredible. They are absolute winners, from the doctors on down to housekeeping.

My husband, Lorne, has had to rehab at 4 different facilities in the last 10 years. CRI has to be one of the best rehabilitation facilities in the Los Angeles area. Thank you to the 4th floor team. A special “Thank You” to nurse Ken and Cheris, Rehab Assistants Jessica, Lyric and Rudy and Physical/Occupational Therapists Joan and Emily who were so patient and hard working that contributed so much to helping my husband during his recovery. Well done CRI for hiring such a great group of professionals.

The therapy has taught me how to walk and climb stairs. Jimmy is a good physical therapist.

The therapy that I received helped me to get strong. Also, the therapist were always encouraging me.
