The staff is very friendly, accommodating and professional. Dr. Longmire is an amazing dermatologist. She takes her time, answers all questions of the patients and is open to explore various ways of treatment as per patients’ level of comfort.

Dr. Longmire is very friendly and knowledgeable! She explains everything thoroughly. The staff is quick and efficient. I am so happy that I discovered the CA Skin Institute, as I was able to get an appointment quick. The location is clean and Covid practices and social distancing is enforced at all times. Definitely looking forward to my new skin results!

CSI is wonderful! I have done numerous skin treatments at multiple locations. Each visit has been on time, the nurses/doctors/staff are friendly and I am always made to feel very comfortable. The level of care is very good and they are excellent about follow ups and reminders. Highly recommend!

I have been to 8 doctors in the past 3 years, none of whom were able to help me with my skin issue. Dr. Bernard Recht has helped me finally resolve my skin issues and I am incredibly grateful. Dr. Recht is highly professional, kind, and friendly. The nurses in his office were also very skilled, warm, and friendly. The office appointments can be delayed, but the long wait times are worth it because Dr. Recht will take excellent care of you.

The phone call for the appointment was not very well run but everything else was very professional and informative. Nice people and forthcoming with explanations. Also they made recommendations for procedures that insurance should cover.

Explains everything very clear like how it is caused and how to take care in the future!

I have been going to Dr. Recht for many years. Sometimes the wait for him is long, but I know that he takes the time he needs with each patient, so if that means I wait for my turn, I’m fine with that. He is a highly skilled physician, has treated my skin cancers successfully, and he has a great sense of humor. I cannot see going to anyone else even though he is not part of my usual medical group.

I had a great appointment with Dr. Recht at California Skin Institute today. He looked at my skin and told me what to do to clear up my problem. He answered all my questions and even told me about a website to find the lowest cost medications. The staff was friendly and there wasn’t a long wait time.

The doctor is very thorough and knowledgeable, but also friendly and happy to explain things to you. It’s worth the occasional wait to get such good care.

Dr. Recht is a fabulous doctor. My only disappointment is having to wait an hour to see him even though I had an appointment. I've had long waits the last two years as well.

I have see Dr. Recht for over fifteen years. Dr. Recht was on time and did a thorough exam. He was his usual personable self. The staff was also friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Dr. Recht.

I've visited this place today for the hair fall problem. I'm a new patient, I have made an appointment for one doctor and examined by another doctor. I don't want to reveal the doctor names but the receptionist was pathetic. About doctor she is not even considering or listing my doubts. She has recommended some shampoos and solutions and asked me to back after two weeks. I was tried to explain one of my concerns of my visit and she told me that "I'm running late and we could discuss the issue in next appointment". So doesn't she charge for my today's consultation? What I observed in my visit is they are willing to charge the patients and they will ask us for come for one more visit for sure (to make more money: (). After my consultation I have checked the receptionist, what would be the charge per consultation and she replied that "Doctor must know about the charge" but unfortunately doctor was already left because of her another works.
I would definitely not recommend this place for any of the patients.

Dr. Recht is excellent. Sometimes the wait is too long for a busy person - 30 minutes or longer.

I have been going to doctor Recht for years. He is friendly, knowledgeable, great bedside manner, has great staff and has taken good care of me throughout my tenure as a patient with him.
