California Smog Check

I went because my MIL light came on my Chrysler 300. They ran a test and replaced my thermostat and the price was fair and I'm happy. Thank you California Smog you are my heroes today!

Poor service. Manager had reviewed our paperwork. We also let her know we fixed the previous warning light from the previous smog testing that failed but thought the serial number on the air intake was the other item needed to pass. She had a tech look at everything, gave a thumbs up and failed us due to the air intake needing the smog sticker on it and still charged us while not saying it was their mistake on misreading the paperwork and going ahead with the work they knew would fail. An easy $55 dollar scam.

I needed help on diagnosing a failed smog on an old 1989 Honda Accord a few months ago. They figured out what needed to be done and it passed, and the price was reasonable.

They charged me 41 bucks to fail the visual inspection. Thats just popping the hood and looking at it then saying it failed. They could have just told me right away I need to get whatever it was fixed then bring it back and not charge me

I've been going to this place for years now, I Wouldn't take my cars to any other place. Friendly and professional. I had an estimate for smog repair from another garage, they said around $200-$300 to repair. I took it to California smog, She fixed it for around $30.been going there ever since.

No Appt needed, fast, friendly, and the price is much less for a Diesel smog than other places.

We've been going here for our cars for the last couple years. My husband went this year and the lady working there was very rude and completely unprofessional. Will never go back.

Took in vehicle for testing, before leaving I made sure that my monitors were in the clear. When I got in there, they told me that I disconnected my battery and that all monitors weren't ready. But that can't be since its been a year since I last touched my battery. Car fails and recommends that I replace my mufflers. They stated that they could do it there much cheaper but I didn't fall for it.

A car dealership I purchased a vehicle from had carfax for me and every smog was done here supposedly but I feel that that was not the entire truth. I presume they will log in smigging of vehicles without ever doing the actual smog seeing as smogs are uploaded electronically to DMV andthe DMV uploads them to the systemdaily at midnight so Carfax should of had those numbers the day I purchased my vehicle 12/03/2020 the printout by the dealership for me didn't have a smog inspection on it and now online it shows their was one a certain day. Doesn't add up?

Bad place, They will lie to customers for money. They had no clue I'm a master mechanic. Went from $40 quick smog check to $90 all because my cpu was off. The owner is so disrespectful, im surprised he still in business, which I'm sure he survived this long from scamming people
