Bass keeeps on blowing up thanks to their horrible sound system they installed
gave me an AMP that doesn’t have enough power for the bass woofer i had and they would make buy another over and over
I called on the fly and asked a question that only an experienced installer would know. We were in a pinch and we’re just finishing up a system in Boston, but couldn’t identify a wire. The guy was great on the phone and even though they were closing still took the time to explain it out. Small things matter…Thumbs up to you from Beantown!

"My recent experience with California Sound” with the audio control LC7i, was highly disappointing. Unfortunately, their attempts to connect the unit were unsuccessful, causing damage to my head unit and resulting in a complete loss of audio functionality. This demonstrated a clear lack of competence and inability to handle even basic installation tasks.
Furthermore, when I addressed the issue with the owner, their aggressive response further highlighted their unprofessionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction. It is disheartening to learn that California Sound does not meet the minimum requirements of the Mobile Electronics Certified Professional (MECP) Program for their employees, neglecting industry standards and certified expertise.
I kindly advise others to steer clear from this establishment based on my personal recent experience. Customers deserve a reputable audio installation service that values professionalism. This location is -0 stars.
They no good they still ur money I ask to rewire all my truck they didn't rewire my speakers they didn't even screw my amplifiers the didn't bad work and the charger me 1110 becareful with this store I had to re do it my self
If you want your system hooked up the “right way” good quality wiring, I mean the works. This is the place to go. I would highly recommend to friends and family! Outstanding customer service. Thank you California Sound.
