Enkhzaya Ganbold (Zaya) of the administrative office is pure evil. Despite her situation as an F-1 international student, as someone who got troubles on her paper process, as someone who cannot pay her processing fees for her green card so the school did it for free, as someone who is a single mother of 2 kids, as someone who left by her husband, as someone who cries and cannot afford to celebrate her birthday, as someone who seeks help on insurance for her family, as someone who needs others help in order to survive and get her papers done. Despite all of these, she’s also the one who doesn’t have any sympathy for students, she wants to feed her ego by practicing superiority among F-1 students. She abuses her job as if she is the highest. As some students say, she creates her own karma. Sadly, we have more terms left at this school and we have to deal with her evilness.

The behavior of the administrative assistants, particularly Hero and Freeman, when addressing queries in front of others, is unprofessional and rude. They seem to take students' questions personally and do not demonstrate a willingness to help. Instead, their approach can make students feel inferior and undervalued.

This is an MBA school with Admin Staff who act like Kindergartens. If you want to study with peace of mind, avoid this school. Admin staff are bunch of bullies.

Students should not be completely reliant on being spoon-fed, but that does not mean they should be left without support when they have concerns, especially regarding unfamiliar topics or the services they are paying for. Unfortunately, it appears that the administrative assistants at this school have not been meeting professional standards.

Professors are leaving the school because of their toxic admin staff. Admin staff are spreading false stories to students but they are actually the reason why profs are leaving.

I don't know how some of the staffs got their jobs, some of them are so unprofessional in answering questions and so rude, like Freeman and Hero of admin.

Their profession seems to involve dragging students down. They exhibit excessive pride and lack sympathy for students. The administrative office has turned into a chaotic environment. Some students are no longer happy to attend school and feel threatened by entitled admin staff.

Hero, Freeman, and Zaya are living their dream jobs on this school. So proud of them. They keep dragging students down to maintain their superiority, more dangerous than a police officer.

Admin staffs specially Hero and Freeman, if you don't know how to answer the students' questions and concerns, it is okay to admit and ask for higher authorities help. No need to be rude and degrade the students.

I observed that some of the admin assistants have been quite rude to students, which is disappointing. I'm glad I didn't ask my question during the orientation as I wouldn't want to receive the same treatment. It's important for all staffs, including Hero and Freeman, to maintain professionalism when interacting with students. If they are dissatisfied with their job, they should seek alternative employment rather than taking it out on the people they serve.
