We had Ben out today to fix up some stuff from our install 3.5 years ago. He was fantastic! He fixed every issue (including some I didn’t even know I had). He was patient, meticulous, and dedicated to perfection. His service was impeccable! The experience was very professional. He didn’t leave until the job was completely done, with nothing outstanding even though it took hours! I would definitely recommend California Window Fashions, and hopefully you will be lucky and get Ben as your service provider.

My first time with Ben, he was excellent!
Friendly from stepping in the front door. Efficient- fixed my electronic shade. Made sure my shades and remote control were functioning properly. Also taught me a few new functions on the remote that I was unfamiliar with. Lastly Ben advised me they have an app for my shades and basically showed me what would benefit me going forward.

The consultant that came to our house was great! She went through all the different options, then measured and took our order. It took 4 weeks, as quoted, to receive our shutters.

I found this company while browsing the Internet. The plan was to interview several companies and choose one but after Yvonne came to our home and told us about her products, we were so impressed that we placed a whole house order right then and there. Yvonne was wonderful, professional, friendly very experienced, and low-key. Installation was a breeze. Scott and James Parker were efficient, experienced, knowledgeable and very friendly. They paid attention to detail, and even found a small flaw which they re-measured and re-ordered for us. They completely cleaned everything up before they left. We could not be happier with our new blinds and with the service from California window fashions.

Such a great company to work with. From our initial consultation with Courtney to our installer Scott, CWF exceeded our expectations.

Courtney (designer) was incredibly helpful in picking out window treatments and ensuring that she helped us save on windows that didn't need as much emphasis. She was thorough, kind and even helped us come up with a design implementation that was outside the scope of this project.

Scott (installer) was early to the appointment, called when in route and was prepared with shoe coverings prior to entering our home. These are all things you would expect a company to provide at minimum, but sadly that is not the case with most contractors. Once on site, Scott immediately got to work and wasted no time completing five windows and four Anderson Doors. He did an impeccable job installing the windows in comparison to the chop job another installation company had provided previously. He ensured he cleaned everything up and thoroughly went over operation of every component.

We will be adding coverings to additional windows in the future and will most certainly be calling CWF!

We had the entire house fitted with Hunter-Douglas window coverings selected at the showroom on Blue Oaks Blvd. In Roseville. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and the entire experience from product and color selection to installation was perfect. The windows are elegant, the materials are both functional and beautiful. You really won't be able to find any better people to work with, we're very pleased with this company. We recommend them without reservation.

Great Products and great installation. I love our new bedroom darkening shade as it keeps the room dark for perfect sleeping. We also purchased a shade for our other sliding door in the living room and it provides privacy as well as reduces glare on the TV. The installation was fast and perfect.

Scott and James, the installers we had from California Window Fashions, were real professionals and so diligent in the work they did. They left their work stations so clean and even vacuumed up after themselves when they were all done. They installed Palm Beach Shutters on all our windows, including our sliding patio door and they all look BEAUTIFUL! The shutters totally complete the look of our new home. Big thanks to Yvonne who helped design our window treatments to ensure the best aesthetic. Definitely looking forward to working with CWF again!
