Californian Fountain Apartments Huntington Beach

I live here and it's horrible. We pay $2300 a month for a place to live, and our amenities don't function properly. Want a hot tub, we have it, and it is dirty and they refuse to keep it clean and functioning properly. $25 a month to have a parking spot full of dirt and lot full of pot holes. Don't live here. It's horrible, and every girl in the leasing office talks down to you like you are the reason that things don't work.

The lady rose in office very rude and dose not want to do her job correctly was approved to move in and just after talking to her made me feel uncomfortable degrated I am of skin color and heard her make a racial slur under her breath go elsewhere unless I like being racially profiled everyone else was great to bad I changed my mind on moving in over her oh well beware of u deal with her ask for someone else don't be fooled by the sweetness at first

Management is not friendly.
Immediately assumed I was with another person of the same race. Didn’t want to assist other guests. Asked me to leave the rental office for trying to help another guest in the office.
Wouldn’t imagine the management office helping out renters.

The homeless have more liberty than tenants, an incompetent manager who doesn't care about the property. If the owner reads this just sell this property off to someone who can manage properly.
