Made an appointment days in advanced only to have it canceled an hour before I was to arrive.then was ignored when I asked for the next available day. Pretty common with the barber Natalie. Very unprofessional and extremely upsetting.

This place is clean, fast and professional. I showed up with a appointment. However I see there team of barbers come together to help the customers without a appointment, that is helpful to most us who sometimes forget about something so simple.i also noticed how all barbers listen to the customers needs and wants makeing all customers walk out with very satisfied and happy with their hair cuts. I will be more than likely a returning customers.

Don't go here unless you know the barbers personally. They will ignore your appointment and call their friends ahead of you.

Every time we travel down to CA we make sure to stop by Cali Kutz. Super friendly, clean and professional. Best barber shop in the high dessert Hands down!

Lady is rude. Doesn’t answer calls.don’t waste your time driving over she will tell you it’s by appointment only and she’s leaving and won’t let you make one. It’s 4pm and shop says it closes at 6. I tried making an appointment and she said weeks out and wouldn’t

The best barbershop in the high desert. Chuy gives the highest quality haircuts. I don't go anywhere else.

If there an appointment only barber shop they should have it posted and not let people waste their time showing up
