Sarah is the very best process server I have ever worked with. She is so knowledgeable, she has experience with getting people served efficiently, she goes the extra mile to make sure that a job gets done correctly.

Wow! I don’t think I’ve been so disrespected in all my life. First she said she would help me if I scanned in the documents. I did and emailed her as she requested. Then she complained because one was cut off and had “shadows”. I said ok I’ll take my day off and deliver them. Then she goes off on me because she didn’t read my text saying I would be there after 1pm.
“ Chris you texted me at 10: 30 you were on your way and I thought you were going to be here relatively quick I’ve held up everything I have to do Serve. Saturday is a big day for me to get SERVES done. It’s almost an hour and a half I’ve been waiting and it’s destroying my opportunity to serve documents. This has certainly made me lose people that were home”
I dropped them off and she called me, yelling at me.
First she quoted me $90 then she
Tripled her fee saying she had to serve EVERYONE mentioned in the suit when the judge told me I only had to server the owner.
Here’s her final NASTY text as I finally realized she has a dual personality or some kind of mental disorder. I would never talk to clients this way: She assumed without reading it:
I thought this was a restraining order for priority service of $125 and that was assuming I was paid. Anyway it’s not a good fit. When I told you what procedure requires your remark to me, wow, as if I was taking advantage of you for money by following the California Code of Civil Procedure, which you don’t understand what service of process entails when there’s three defendants, doesn’t matter if it’s one family at one address like if you’re suing a company and you’re naming other people you don’t just serve one company you serve the company and all the individuals that are named and when you’re telling me to break the code of due diligence because of your ignorance of the law and its process — well Chris you’ll destroy your entire case. Not a lawyer and it’s against the law for me to give you legal advice (because I am a paralegal) and when I tried it blew up in my face.it’s just not a good fit. I was a federal criminal defense paralegal out of US District Court. I worked on FBI wire, tap cases I was a trial assistant and it was not about money it was about doing this iron clad RIGHT for YOU.anyway it’s not debatable, i do not want to be involved in this matter. I sent it back via email you left out the city and zip pico runs from Santa Monica to Los Angeles and instead of wasting time it’s all convenient scanned in your email. - you can forward easily to any process server.
ALSO, just so you know you waited so long to serve this action but I do not believe there is sufficient time to serve - your hearing is 9/7 they get I believe 30 days to respond but again I’m not a lawyer you’ll need to check. I wish you the best. Have a good day. “

Sarah is the most professional and detail oriented individual I've worked with! She is honest and hard working! I am really happy that I found her! I will never use another process server!
