Parking sucks. Has to wait in car for 30 mins before could get any spot. Management is very aware of the situation but does nothing to address the problem. They could atleast try reducing the enrollments for peak hours until they find a solution. Very disappointed.
Class are ok but instructors kept changing for my kid.

Very dirty, and very cluttered space, there is water everywhere … they are running a swim academy the pace needs to clean and hygienic but it’s breeding ground!

Their classes have too many students and their coaching is ineffective. Week after week you see your child making the same mistakes and the coaches do not adjust their attention to address the area where the child really needs help to improve.

And then after 10 weeks they just let you know your child isn't ready to graduate to the next level.

We did this two times thinking maybe our child just needed some additional practice.

Do not waste your time and money here.

I would like to give them a ZERO star. This was the worst and the most horrible school for kids. DO NOT bring your kids here. Their staff were very rude and very intimidating to parent and kid when they tried to cover their own mistakes and blame on client. There were several times I was surrounded by 2-4 staff arguing with me and refuse listening to my complain. Their management and customer services were so very HORRENDOUS and TERRIBLE. DO NOT go to this school.choose another one for you and your kid's sake.

I worked there for a couple years and the coaches are really friendly and nice but the mangement is horrendous. Front desk is an absolute mess and has a problem about 10 times a day. I worked under a couple FD managers and after the third I left ASAP. If you want to work here be prepared for chemical burns and NO benefits. Also if you have a special needs child PLEASE don't go here, they do not train coaches properly and I've seen a lot of coaches break down, including me, becuase it is difficult without proper training and some coaches can be unsafe. Also it is incredibly hard to move up in this company. Best bet is somewhere that has benefits and won't damage your body permanently.

My 5 year old just started her swimming classes in Aug mini fall session with calphin. The swimming water is cold and not adjusted with temperature outside and make kids shiver when sitting on stairs inside pool waiting for their turn. (tbh: what i feel is every kid was shivering).

Their dismissal process is more pathetic. Everyone is asked to EVEN wrap themselves with towel outside the facility on the road. Now since winter is arpund the corner and its quite windy in evening, that is not quite good idea to change in open after being in cold water for almost 30 min and specially kids, end up catching cold.

Think before enrolling.i did raised the issue but no action is taken as it is under upper management and evem the lady told me, its not only my concern but everyone but still NoONe cares.

Really poor customer handling. I have stopped by Calphin in person three times sine late November and wasted a whole lot of time dealing with canceling auto enrollment and getting my refund. Every time different front staffs told me different policies and fees for cancellation. Although they always told me I was eligible for refund, after three months, I am still waiting for my refund!

They have very good summer intense course that you should take advantage of. The intense course helps keep the continuity and helps the first time swimmers get better exponentially. Sorry no pics. Inside pics are not permitted.
