The CalPro team was AMAZING! Philip was very thorough and answered all the questions that I had when we did our walk through. He was very professional.

I have been in real estate for 5 years and have never had such a great experience. CalPro was super quick at getting back to me even when I had a hard time finding a time to schedule online. They provided such a great report for my buyers and made it such an ease for me to request repairs/credits directly from the report. After my quarterly pest control treatment earlier this week, I spoke with the technician and showed him an insect I had been finding in my bathroom and master bedroom. He suggested I get a termite inspection, which I immediately scheduled. Today, another technician came out and identified the insect as a black web spinner. It, too, lives in the ground, but its diet is plants and not wood. I am thrilled that I do not have termites. I did pay for a termite inspection - but Joseph Wylie, the technician today, also sprayed the perimeter of my house with a different chemical than had been used earlier this week - this one directed specifically to the black web spinner. It was a bit extra effort on Joseph's part and I really appreciate the way in which he made me feel comfortable and now knowledgeable. It was worth the price of the termite inspection!
