Cal's Marine Power Center, Inc. reviews
12Very kind and friendly service. My son wanted to go back just to play with the puppy. This will forever be my goto boat shop.
They had the parts for my 1999 Four Winns when no one else did. Their staff was outstanding and made the drive well worth it.
The women at the counter are very knowledgeable, courteous and patient. Parts were available and reasonably priced.
Very rude customer service. I called for a quote for a simple service and the lady who answered the phone was abrasive and short. Maybe some customer service classes would help. I will not be calling or recommending them to anyone.
Great place to find that odd item for your boat that the big outlets don't carry or understand
Good place to get parts but staff not so good. She was abrasive and rude in my opinion. Had a simple question and got the " I'm not pulling a tech off a job to answer a question for you". Wow ok. I did just spend a bunch of money here. I am a tech also but on cars and I answer questions and help customers as much as I can. It's called being of service and being helpful and valuing a customer. I'll take my money elsewhere.
The place seems very efficient in a friendly small town sort of way. Unfortunately they were unable to assist with my problem, so it's hard to say more
Cal's is great. Kayla is always right on point with her knowledge of boat parts. Always helpful and friendly. Thank You
Very knowledgeable helpful. They don't work on my boat as it is beyond the vintage that they deal with (older then 2000), but they have had all the parts I have needed so far, and have been great for some helpful advice with my projects. I will continue to bring them my business.
Everybody there's so nice to talk to especially Kayla and other lady I forgot her name I think it's Jen they are great to work with thank you
Cal's Marine is a great place they're very helpful and they usually have the parts you need the staff is great
Have been doing business here for over 30 years back in the day when I got to speak to the owner and he would answer questions I had. Not that way anymore. I have talked with Tim many times and bought many parts and supplies from him over the years. They won't even look at my 96 sanger because it's to old. Went to ask Tim one question and thought they were going to call the cops on me because I stepped under the patio cover to ask a question. Cal would roll over in his grave if he knew a customer was treated this way. He was a great guy and that is why I always came back here for stuff. Never again will I refer this place.
